How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Firstly I would bring the reporter to the sit and ask for his side of the story then look through logs to find any evidence then I would bring the person Mass RDMing and ask for his side of the story and if he keeps cursing at me I will ask him kindly to calm down and tell me their side of the story and if he doesn't stop I would proceed to gag and mute him and proceed to give him a Formal Warning for Mass RDM and a 5 Day Ban as the staff handbook says. I would not mess with the alt account and contact SMT on teamspeak if any of them are on as it is where SMT will respond the quickest if they are not on teamspeak I would contact them on discord if none of them are online I would contact JMT until it is Dealt with. -What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? I would get evidence then follow chain of command until it is dealt with. -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? I would bring the family into a secluded area and talk to them and tell them that if they continue to keep minging/break rules that they will be punished according to what they are doing and that formal warnings and jails will be handed out if they continue. -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") I would ask in admin chat if I am uncertain about the situation I do not expect myself to know everything as there are many unknown rules and I would wait until I get other staff members opinions on the situation before making a decision.
