  4. I never thought that I would be typing this message this soon, however, there are unexpected factors in my life that require me to do so. For those of you that do not know, I was laid off recently and am having a difficult time getting back on my feet. I am hoping that this resignation is temporary, but with things going as they are, well... lets hope it doesn't get to that point. My time with Gaminglight has been phenomenal and I've met some truly great people as a result of coming back. I just want to say thank you to everyone who helped me get to where I am, and to everyone who's ever believed in me. Now enough about me, I have a few people to mention. Goat: You were a truly great Commander of E11 and I know that you'll do wonders for A-1, we didn't have a lot of interaction until recently, but I think you're an alright guy. Rektify: I have nothing but respect for you, you had some pretty big shoes to fill when goat went over to A-1, however, you've been doing as well as you can while also trying to get back into the swing of things. Keep on trucking man. Lew: Isn't around a whole bunch, but when he is, it's always a good time. Curtis: Ever since you came back, it has been a wonderful time and a treat to get to know you. You've been a source of inspiration to all and I'm proud to be able to call you my friend. Endive: Coolest guy I know, congrats once again on Lt Col, and keep doing what you're doing man. You're doing an amazing job with D4 and I hope one day that I'm able to join you all again. Jerimiah: Congrats on Major brother, I knew you'd get it eventually! You've always been there for me and a wonderful confidant, I know you'll do well in your respective prospects and who knows, maybe one day you'll reach HCMD. Panky: I wish you the best of luck with scouts, I know you and Laki will do everything you guys can to make it great. Oofer: Sorry for leaving with such short notice, but I'm sure you'll do alright, after all you've got two wonderful DoROs to fall back on. Shaft: I wish you luck with everything you have going on, but as long as you keep on keepin' on, you'll do fine. Much love and mad respect. If I didn't mention you, it's not because I don't like you, it's that I couldn't necessarily find the words to say or we didn't get to interact a whole lot. I wish everyone on GL the best with whatever they have going on in life, things will get better for us all, the only question is when. From my end, I issued the warn because the CI infiltrator was firing upon the O5, I did not see from the clip, where the infil had fired upon the noncombatants even after they pulled their riot shields out. I do not have the clip, nor do I remember the infil in question to receive the clip from. Given the evidence at the time and lack of damage logs from what I saw I decided to use the warn for FailRP for the non combatant clause. I have no evidence of this, however, I feel that it is important to note that when asked why they had fired upon the infil they stated that, "because he was shooting in our direction."

I also have a bit of experience as a Division Leader/developer running a gaming groups Gmod TTT server, co leading with another member. Then eventually opened up my own TTT server with a friend where I was the DevOwner. What date did you start playing on the community? Trial Mod Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I have previous experience as staff in a number of different situations and server types. Given time, I can show the Moderation Team that I can be a valuable asset within the team as well. I've been around for quite some time, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time within Gaminglight's SCP-RP Server. Within the past almost four months, I have risen through the ranks within Epsilon-11 and have achieved the rank of First Lieutenant and also am part of Epsilon-11's Ranger sub-branch command. I have kept a continuous eye out for those who break rules and double check when I am unsure of a certain rule, myself. I feel that I have a decent understanding of the rules, especially since I have 0 warns on the server, or any other GL server, and promise to uphold myself to a standard of excellence if I do get accepted for Trial Mod, since as a member of the moderation team, we are held to a higher standard and looked up to, to properly enforce the server rules and quell disputes among the player base. Scenario questions: Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would separate the players into different areas of the sit area so that way everyone would have a chance to cool off and calm down. I would then talk with each person individually to get their side of the story and ask for any relevant evidence any of the players have. Depending on the severity of the offence, or the reason the sit was called in the first place, if it were a minor issue, I would give a verbal if it's someone's first offense, however, if the offender has repeated offenses, then I would warn them. If the offense was a major offense, then I would assess the situation, give out punishments as needed or escalate if required. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? The best way to handle this would be to ask if the player who made the report has any video evidence showing proof that the individual was abusing the bug. If they did not have any video evidence then I would inform them that without proper evidence then I would be unable to punish the individual. However, if they did have sufficient video evidence then I would assess the players offending history, if it's their first offense, I would warn them and if they are a repeat offender, then I would escalate as needed.

(Approximately): Not that I can remember. Why do you want to join Nu-7? (125 word minimum): I would like to join Nu-7 as I was once a Master Sergeant in Nu-7, during my time I enjoyed playing with so many people and forging so many friendships. I stopped playing due to computer issues and having my computer break on me. I have since gotten it fixed/upgraded to better performance and I am ready to rejoin the server as a whole. If my application is accepted once again, I will only be available for approximately four out of seven days a week. My current job requires that I work three twelve-hour days and one six-hour day.
