(150 Word Minimum) I represent myself and the staff team on and off duty as a Gaminglight staff member. Because of that, I hold myself to a higher standard. This means I cherish integrity and honesty. During my time on the team, I have proven to have all the qualities I said I would use during my Trial-Moderator interview: problem-solving, internal drive, effective communication, teamwork, confidence, and kindness. These traits are used during every sit I have taken during my staffing career. I have proven to myself and others that I can make the right decisions when need be, take every sit I possibly can until I get off, effectively communicate with other staff and Gaminglight members, work well with other staff members, not be afraid to ask questions if I am unsure, confidence in knowing that I can handle this sit and in understanding the rules, and being capable of showing kindness to all members in the Gaminglight community. I also want to be involved with the community with the bit of time I have since I am a full-time college student. I applied for Eventteam and am currently waiting for a response. I am a valuable member of the staffing team, and I want to continue my career at a higher level. I hope all my qualities are recognized and valued as I value them. How would you take someone that is Mass RDMing, and when you bring them to an admin sit, they curse at you? If somebody is Mass RDMing, I would grab them with my Physgun and freeze them on a roof. Then I would ask them why they are doing this and explain that it is not allowed on this server and that they must follow the rules. I would check the logs to see how many people they killed, and then I would jail them and warn them. After, I would contact a higher staff member to ban them from the MRDM. Then I would tell them to read the rules by putting !motd in the chat.

(150 words+): I want to join the event team because it will help my staff career; being more involved in the community will show my dedication to staffing, and hosting fun and unique events will help me make a difference. I would also like to spread my reach in the community and get in touch with people I don’t know. Being on the event team will help me meet new people and experience new things. I have ideas for events that I think would be fun, new, interesting, and engaging. So I hope I can be accepted so then I can use them. I also have experience in hosting events. I used to do it on a Star Wars roleplay server. Describe an event you could create (Be specific): I thought an infected type of game would be fun and exciting. What do you want to see? - I created a post suggesting the overall gov speed decrease. After SMT denied my suggestion, I realized I could offer a compromise that might work. I am suggesting that the government keep their sprint speed so they can run after criminals; some people complained about how long the foot chases would be/how they say they earned their speed. I want the sprint speed to stay the same, but the jog speed to be reduced to the speed criminals jog. So then the PVP is fairer. Why should we add it? - It would make PVP less stressful. Via not having to be hyper-focused on a gov player strafing at mach Jesus. What are the advantages of having this? - Some advantages include the government requiring more cohesion and working together to fight criminals since they cannot jog super fast, which makes the server more roleplay-based. Criminals would have a better chance of shooting the government when they strafe, encouraging more relaxing gameplay for criminal mains and players who want to take a break from the government. I believe that when criminals have more of a fighting chance against the government, it improves the gameplay flow of the server. Players will notice how much easier it will be for criminals to fight the government when they are not strafing at mach 10. I hope this is accepted. What do you want to see? - I would like to see an implementation of a jump cooldown system. Why should we add it? - It is annoying when people try too hard, and spam crouch jumps against casual players. It makes gun fights stressful. What advantages? - It would make combat slower and more manageable for players that don’t feel like stressing over PVP. It kills my role-play experience, and it's also tough to aim when somebody is spamming crouch jump three times in mid-air. Reducing the speed would encourage players to get on crim to start a family and grind the speed perks or join a family to get the bonuses.

The one way is what makes it fun to use.

What do you want to see? - I would like to see the amount of money players can carry in their bank account and on-person increase. Why should we add it? - So players don’t lose money if they hit the limit. I take screenshots whenever I reach out to collect interest in case something happens, and I need evidence to show I had this money. What advantages? - Players will keep their money and not lose it to a glitch. Who is it mainly for? - Everybody.
