Back then I seen E11 use it sometimes on surface. However it's not used at all, feel like it's completely worthless now due to the map change (a lot of mountains)

+Support Why don't we have it if we have it for other branches? It would make reporting things easier.

Please don't fully credit me for this. Me, Lead Researcher Jay, and Researcher OWNED were all apart of this test, and all helped with something among the test.
Lead Researcher Jay: Thought of the idea and did the test.
Researcher OWNED: Made the idea happen, helped reword some of the document, and did the test.
Researcher Starstep: Wrote the document, and did the test.

-Support Not much a Researcher could do with a AFK Class-D other than feed them to the SCPs.

As much as I like to see you on the Event Team since you are an extremely creative person, you tend to break the server rules often and can be mingey.

You broke two rules that are taught to you during training. Plus you literally just got staff restricted, wait it out a bit more.
-Support You should use the time from your restriction to read through the handbook a few times to better memorize the guidelines. It is very important as a staff member to read and follow the guidelines.

He’s a GENSEC NCO, I believe a verbal should be refrained for an SO or LCPL, a warn is warranted. +support.
+Support As a MSGT of GenSec, You should more than definitely know that NLR is a rule.

Welcome to the community!!
I doubt you remember me, but I'm pretty sure you've healed me multiple times in the D Block!
My ranks are also in my signature, as well as a nice John Lennon quote.I'm looking forward to seeing you around.

+/- Support I, myself, have personally not interacted with you in game yet. While some people agree that you should be promoted, a lot of the staff in the higher ranks don't agree with a promotion. While having a good reputation with the community is a large factor of being a staff member, being "ready" for a promotion is a huge factor of being promoted to a higher ranking in the staff chain. People with high staff ranks usually are accounted for more than the general person on the server. High Staff ranks know what they're doing, and generally know if someone's ready for a position such as JMT. You seem like a nice, active person, but the statement from Hoovy is extremely crucial, and will play a key factor in this application. Hopefully you do in fact get the promotion, and hopefully you fix everything Hoovy mentioned. Goodluck on your application!

SCP-871
It's a cake that duplicates itself everyday if it isn't consumed by humans. If even a single crumb was allowed to go unchecked, because of exponential growth, the world would end in 80 days, and the growth would continue, eventually suffocating the universe in cake.

-Support Now don't get me wrong, being in many branches is pretty interesting, and it gives you more experiences. The only issue with this is it promotes inactivity in certain branches that need activity. Also, a decent amount of the branches don't use a life until High Command, or Low Command.

+Support This suggestion is well thought out, and more balanced than the other suggestions. It also gives researchers a new SCP to test on.

Wasn't a joke, the SCP he is proposing is basically 999 just with a different playermodel and name.
If this SCP were the CI version of 999, then I'd be in Support, but having two SCPs that both heal, and are SCPs, and both only exist in LCZ kind of seems redundant.
+/- Support If this was used for CI, most definitely +Support. It gives CI researchers something to test on, and it would benefit CI. -Support if it would be for LCZ, since it's basically just a reskinned SCP-999.

I actually love this idea, Bruce Almighty FTW
I can't wait to hear all the bad Morgan Freeman impressions lol
+Support, maybe keep the original model too as a secondary option for the job?
+Support Though the current model isn't the best, there should still be an option to choose the original model, even though 98%+ of the people will use the Morgan Freeman model.

+/- Support The addition of these SCP's has great potential, and it can be used to better enhance roleplaying. The only issue I see with adding them is the abuse. If the abuse is factored out, it would most definitely be a great addition to the server.
-
-Support The CZ is fine the way it is, increasing the ammo count would just slaughter everyone in the person's path.

SCP: 173Question / Idea: What would happen if you wore nightvision goggles while staring at SCP-173?
Background Research: As long as if you stare as SCP-173, it shouldn't be able to move and attack others.
Hypothesis: SCP-173 shouldn't be able to move and attack personnelObservations (What Happened During Test): The D Class Personnel stared at SCP-173, and it only moved when the D Class looked away.
Evidence/Visual Stimuli: N/A
Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): The D Class Personnel were staring at the SCP, causing it to not be locomotive.
Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes, it was.
