Good idea in concept, not used properly. It seems to cause more issues than anything. While, yes, it's initial purpose (as stated in the staff meeting) was to make sure people stayed on the server, instead of immediately disconnecting, it's usually just used for spamming and the occasional racist comment. -
Not sure if this is particularly helpful, but I did just test it, if you tranq someone who is cuffed while dragging them, the restraints glitch out and switch to a different kind of restraints, one that is extremely easy to break with just a few clicks. Unsure if BadAim was aware of this glitch, but if he was, then I believe it would be classified as bug exploiting.

This, plus the implementation may prove tricky. I doubt they'd be willing to make a custom swep for something that works okay as is. I do like the lore idea, but not sure how balanced it'd be.

While buffing 939 is a good idea 5000 is WAYYY to much. We should do 3k for EACH 939 so it would equal to 6k. 3.5k is still a tad bit to much as 3.5+3.5 = 7k Total which would make it near equal to 682.
939 is a Keter but it's not 682 so here are some better options
1. Raise HP to 3k
2. Make it to where the tranqable HP is 1.5k
3. Allow 939 to kill people for opening doors next to them as it would make noise
4. Make 939 SWEP do more damage as of right now it takes 3 Hits to kill my 225 225 Commander job and 2 Hits for my 200 200 HSU Class.

You have to realize that that was multiple suggestions on one post and Igneous hit the standard accept button (to briefly explain this, there’s a button that SMT can hit on suggestions to create that copy and paste post, move it to accepted, and lock it). I believe when he was accepting it he was accepting suggestion 1 and 3 because they’ve been implemented (d-class brute and clarification on GENSEC adverting). My reasoning is supported by RookieBlue’s recent statement that d-class NLR is 90 seconds.
Of course, I could be wrong too, and we’ll never know until Igneous responds, but I believe that you’re misinterpreting what he accepted.
Yeah, I am of the same mind on this. I am unsure if Igneous was accepting the totality of the original suggestion, since as October said, the other sections of the suggestion were implemented, but not that one. But I guess we'll find out when Igneous reviews this.

Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to pass make a difficult decision? I absolutely would. As Head of Security, I have to make difficult decisions almost daily. There have been numerous occasions in which I have had to administrate a situation between my own branch members and other members of the community. In one instance, a member of my branch was called out for being toxic. After hearing the full story, I decided that, even though I considered the member of my branch a friend, he needed to receive a strike due to his conduct. I consider myself excellent at judging situations, looking at them from all sides, absorbing all the information given, and making a decision, even when it can be a difficult one. No rule exceptions should ever be made based on your relationship to a person. If I ever felt like I would be even the slightest bit biased in any specific situation, I would forward the issue to the next available staff member.
How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would first delete the spam, if it was more than 3 messages, then I would proceed to warn them that if they decide to continue, disciplinary action may be taken. I would then forward them the link to the appropriate section in order to appeal their ban.
How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warn appeal? I would post a reply to the thread formally requesting that the bickering stop here, and should be kept to +/- supports only. I would also state that if the argument continued, the thread would be locked and left for SMT to handle.

Here's the SOP. Feel free to look it over. This class is not allowed to enter d-block unless on a partial lockdown, and must leave as soon as the lockdown is done. This class will mainly combat SCPs and CI, and stay within LCZ. Additionally, that final class will only be utilized by HCMD + the two heads of the subbranch. -
