Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length)

There are many reasons I believe I deserve the rank of Trial-Moderator. First, I am super active I have been on every day since I joined GamingLight for 5-12 Hours depending on the day. Secondly, I have never been warned and follow all the server rules. Thirdly, I want to join the staff team so I help the server out in anyway I can. Finally, I want to help stop all the mingers because I really does ruin the server when a bunch of them are on at once. I also believe I'm well known in the community even though I've only been here a short time. I have been staff on other roleplay games such as ArmA 3 which is very similar to GMOD RP.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

First, I would try calming them down when I bring them to the sit and if they keep yelling at me I would Gag them and let the other person who reported them talk and explain whats going on. Then I would ungag the person and ask for their side of the story if they keep screaming I would Re-Gag him and return the report and Warn the Mass RDMer for MRDM/Staff Disrespect/Mic Spam and Jail him for 10 minutes to cool him down. Also, I would try to keep a close eye on the player to make such they aren't gonna go MRDM while still no flying threw RP situations and following all the staff rules.
