Rank You are Applying For: Major In-Game Name: Mike Simoa SteamID: STEAM_0:1:96214953 Current Rank: CPT How long have you been in your current rank?: 7 Weeks What timezone are you in?: CST How many Warns do you have?: 0 Permission: Chief Solomon Why should you be promoted (200 words Minimum): To begin is my devotion, ever since I have gotten low command I have made it my goal to put in as much hours as I could without burning myself out, and because of that, I have been able to put in close to 2 hours everyday, although please note I was on semi-loa for some of may I have tried to be as active as I could be while in low command. My next reason is rp, I try to make rp on this server as enjoyable as I can, I make sure that officers are doing what they are supposed to while maintaining professionalism and realism, I believe I have been able to achieve this due to my love for the server and rp in general. My next reason is that I fulfill my command duties, I maintain activity when I'm suppose to, attend meetings, host meetings, take reports, give promotions, I do it all. I like to maintain myself as a friendly but if needed a strict command member, I show sympathy for lower ranks and in my opinion, give them reasonable punishments when they do something wrong, if it's an honest mistake I make sure they know what they did and I help them fix it. I also make sure people are doing things correctly by actively reminding them such as TeamSpeak and I give field promotions to deserving members, one of the biggest duties of Major is managing meetings, and while captains can run them, majors have a bigger duty with announcing and more setting them up with full ability to call them, with my powers as captain to host meetings I have hosted several but making sure other command has had their chances to make sure that its not a toxic environment to host meetings, I try to put in good information into my meetings and while I cant always do so, I try to detain from making them to long although sometimes I end up making them somewhat lengthy. I believe I have bettered myself on this and doing so have managed to create a enjoyable meeting environment that will make people feel passion to attend more. In Conclusion, I try my best to maintain professionalism on the job and to show myself as a person to go to if your having issues that can solve issues while being reasonable. +support Activity can be worked on but it might just as I dont see you due to the diffrence in timezones Frish is respectfull and nice/helpfull to newer players and will fit in command nicely.

+support I was pretty mixed on inbetween warn or verbal because I felt that it was a bit of a weird area when it comes to it and in admin chat the people that answered kinda said the same thing kr at least some so I wasn’t sure what to do so just decided to give verbal

+MAJOR PLUS SUPPORT I Have known tactical since he was a ofc and he has dont knowing but do great things, he is respectfull and knows the rules and sop and he shows good leadership but still knows how to have fun while remaining profressional, one of the most qualified people for the job!

+support Was about to post one for him myself but I see he got to it first, mingey player and has passed 40 warns.

+support Active Past experience I do believe idle is fit for the role allthough he can be immature sometimes.

+ support Ajax is very skilled and reasonable also steals accents from other people

with people saying its unrealistic, sure but think of it in the way of it being a federal reserve, they can be federal money printers, also imo, a boost in the bank vault would be nice as due to bank being such a often hit spot, it isnt really a good option due to it not having any benefits. +support

Personally I would like a system in which they do it themselves they have to pass the quiz and if they do they automatically be white listed, tbh you don’t need someone training you to understand it as it’s pretty much really simple, or a timer untill they get their guns giving reasons to read it

Pretty sure he’s having hardware issues with his storage so that’s prob why you haven’t seen him, but besides that, you aren’t super active from what I see

-support very immature, he was demoted in pD for constantly complaining about not getting promoted I’ve seen you break the simplest rules sometimes You do mingey things like going into gov zones as dog also I just think you want to be staff to be it, your first reason is awfully and at your rank you wouldn’t be dealing with crashes also your response to the question is terrible, rp? You should always try to understand both people in sits and explain their punishments

Yeah, atleast put in some effort to get active before you apply, I dont remember a single time you were on pd.

You can? was never told about that, or atleast I dont remember being told about it. Also for people saying this was brought up in the staff meeting, I wasnt able to make it, and I dont think meeting notes were made.

Ok so in this situation I was just trying to point my physgun which I do every now and then, but in this situation the guy was just shooting at a ofc with pretty much no reason, I didnt throw him in the air, I just sometimes point my physgun when they do something wrong, I didnt before I was mod and I dont do it much anymore but its kinda instinct. I get that it wasnt a proper reason but I didnt try to physgun him to grab him, I met it as just pointing it at him so that he knows he needs to stop, but with the fact that it was in a inclosed, crowed area, when the guy rdmed someone I dont think its a big deal.

+Support Experience Mature Profressional My only worry is that you wont become more active but I do know that your able to as when you were sm you were very active, you just need to get more active

-support Sorry techy you are a good command member in swat and a cool person but you just arent active enough, I almost never see you on pd and the times you are is when its a meeting. I would say that you need to be active almost everyday for atleast a hour or more but you just arent active enough, plus on the thing solomon just said about activity is going to be pushed more, I just dont think you should take up a major slot when more active people are willing to take it.

+support Respectfull Mature Willing to put in the work Active I believe travis will make a great major, he is one of the most active and he contributes alot to pd, he shows up to many and hosts many meetings and also does a good amount of field promos. I have never had any issues with him with the time Ive ment him and he pushes out punishments when needed/ gives promos when needed, he also knows how to have fun sometimes while remaining professional.

Just a note, this isnt the same suggestion as the more ways to escape, I am suggesting things for once you escape. What you want to see? - I would like to see a way for escape inmates to have a way to be less noticable such as being able to get cloths that arent a jumpsuit Why should we add it? - Gives you a actual chance when escaping prison What are the advantages of having this? - More and better prison rp Who is it mainly for? - everyone, it can help gov because it can be a harder thing to find, it can help doc because they need to actually make sure their inmates dont escape as it would be harder to get them back, inmates because it would make it alot more worth it to escape, and crim bnecause its more worth it to help escaped inmates. Links to any content - None Im mainly suggesting to add things for once you escape inmate, such as a bounty hunter system or atleast something that gives a good reason to find escaped inmates and a way to do so, a way to get citizen clothing, from certain dealers, a reward for people jailbreaking inmates etc. I think this could firmly add a lot of rp to prison and would just increase rp on the server for like searching for a inmate. And things to help find escaped inmates such as boards that include escaped inmates etc.
