Hypothesis: Getting Information about the Drinks of 294 and his consequences.
Errors and/or safety hazards: I expect so many deads, not so much hazards cause all the bodies are going to be taken to medbay.
Observation:
The names of every drink is in Alphabetical order.
Acid: D-2871 drank the cup and he instantly died.
Air: D-1245 drank the cup and said “There is nothing to drink in the cup”.
Ammunition: the cup gives you 10 bullets of any ammo.
Amnesia: D-2501 drank the cup and he said “Daniel, is that you? What are you doing?”, few seconds then he died.
Anger: D-2687 when he drank the cup, his vision was red and his HP was 350 he said “Grrrr...“, he was very angry, few seconds later he died.
Beer: D-2078, drank the cup and he said “The drink tastes like a standard pale lager”. His vision was blurred.
Bleach: D-6854 drank the cup and he said “The liquid burns in my mouth and throat”, few seconds later he died.
Blood: D-2078 drank the cup and he said “The drink tastes like red wine”. He lost 20 HP.
Blood of Jesus: D-2871 drank the cup and he said “The drink tastes like red wine”.
Carbon: D-9869 drank the cup and he instantly died.
Carrot: D-1243 drank the cup and he said “Pretty good”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Champagne: D-1243 drank the cup and he said “This is a very good champagne!”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Chim: D-8174 drank the cup and he said “There are no words in any human language to describe the taste of the liquid”. He was a god for Few Seconds.
Chocolate: D-1243 drank the cup. No effects, only a normal drink.
Coffee: D-2687 drank the cup and he said “The drink tastes like fairly strong black coffee”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Cider: D-1243 drank the cup and he said “A bit too sugary for me”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Coconut: D-1243 drank the cup and he said “it’s a nice refreshing flavor of coconut milk”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Cola: D-2687 drank a normal Coca-Cola he said “it’s cold and refreshing”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Death: D-2359 drank the cup and he instantly died.
Egg: D-1243 drank the cup and he said “it tastes just like raw eggs!”. No effects.
Estus: D-8174 we shoot him and then he drank the cup, he said “The taste is hard to describe. I feel refreshed”, his health was full (100 HP).
Explosion: Poor D-4697, Well you see the answer in the name… he died.
Fire: D-2058 he drank the cup and instantly he was on fire, we turn him off with a extinguisher, we gave him estus to continue with the test.
Gold: D-8174 drank the cup and he instantly died.
Green tea: D-2687 drank a normal green tea he said “It’s too hot”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Happiness: D-1243 drank the cup and he said "An overwhelming sense of happiness takes me over. My heart is pounding like crazy" , few seconds later he died.
Hl2: D-1245 drank the cup and he said “I think you dropped this back at black mesa”. No more effects.
Hl3: D-2078 he took the cup and said “There is nothing to drink in the cup :c”. No more effects or game
Hot tea: D-2687 drank a normal hot tea he said “It’s too hot”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Immortality: D-1245 drank the cup and he said “Wow…”. He was immortal for few seconds.
Lava: Poor D-2078, Well you see the answer in the name… he died.
Life: D-8174 we shoot him and then he drank the cup, he said “The drink tastes unlike anything you've drink before. You feel better than ever. I feel refreshed”, his health was full (100 HP).
Love: D-2574 drank the cup and he felt so relaxed, he said that his vision was turned pink, few seconds later he died.
Me: D-2058 drank the cup and he instantly died.
Meme: D-2871 drank the cup and he said “Me gusta xDD lel!”. No more effects.
Mercury: D-2687 drank the cup and he said “This is very pleasant ...”, he said that he’s vision was blurred.
Milk: D-2078, drank the cup and he said “The milk is pretty good”. No effects, only a normal drink.
No: D-1245 he took the cup and said “There is nothing to drink in the cup”.
Nothing: D-9869 he took the cup and said “There is nothing to drink in the cup”.
Oil: D-6857 drank the cup and he instantly died.
Orange: D-6487 drank the cup and he said “The drink tastes sweet and has quite a bit of pulp”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Orange juice: D-6487 drank the cup and he said “The drink tastes sweet and has quite a bit of pulp”. No effects, only a normal drink.
Pain killer: D-2687 drank the cup and he said “This is very pleasant ...”, he said that his vision was blurred.
Perfection: D-1245 drank the cup and he said "I can't take this anymore, everything at this point is just one big letdown”, few seconds later he died.
Rage: D-1458 his vision was red and his HP was 350 he said “Grrrr...“, he was very angry, few seconds later he died.
Random drink: D-2687 drank 2 cups of this random drinks, one was chocolate and the other one was beer. This is like Russian roulette.
SCP-106: D-2078 drank the cup and he said “I feel something moving in my stomach...”. He lost 50 HP.
Tea: D-2078 drank the cup and he said “It’s too hot”. No effects, only a normal drink.
TNT: Poor D-2586, Well you see the answer in the name… he died.
Water: D-6857 drank the cup and he said “Slurp ... this is a fresh water!”. No effects, only a normal drink.
All the Bodies were taken to the medbay for examination or for any hazard risk.

Conclusion: The SCP-294 Is very dangerous, don’t be fooled by their appearance. It can make different kinds of drinks, one more dangerous than the other, maybe there are more drinks to try, but this is what i found in my research, if new drinks are discovered you can tell me and i will update the list. This list is only for researching, I bring all the drinks and his effects for future experiments so, read what you need, researcher. This is not a toy, in my week of testing I saw many people touching this thing without permission, they died ‘cause they didn’t know about this SCP, I recommend to be careful.

-Background Research: For all points and purposes, SCP-457 appears to be a sentient being composed of flame. SCP-457's actual composition is unknown, and has proven to be invisible and undetectable by any known means, but is shaped out by the flames it produces, often assuming a human-like form if given sufficient fuel to assume that size, I’ll try to get more information about him using some more fuel as a gift for him.

-Observation: SCP-457 was taking care of his shelf, and his extremely dangerous because he is so emotional, he is hungry all the time, I suggest to have sprinkler systems out of CC area on any case of breach, to protect the personal.

-Conclusion: The SCP-457 is so dangerous, he can consume fuel and multiply himself when he has consume fuel enough, he doesn’t know his past, we don’t have any clue of his born, we only know that he appears and starts to consume all, he has a lot of insatiable hungry, that makes him unstoppable, he will consume all and multiply, so this is a really dangerous SCP. If you want to do any test on him, be ready for any attempt of breaching and have enough MTF members to control the situation ‘cause he is emotional. We need to see if he is the only one.

Hypothesis: Getting Information about the diseases of the SCP 1025, the diseases and his aftermaths.
Observation:
The D-Class 2077 got Regenerative Cancer. When he gets damage he regenerate his health, only until 100 HP.
The D-Class 2571 got Blindness. This disease is nor permanent, it is for a few minutes.
The D-Class 8874 got Appendicitis. You can’t Jump, and by the time you Start Feeling Weak until you die by the time.
The D-Class 9889 got Asthma. You can’t Run or Jump, can be treat it.
The D-Class 1234 got Lung Cancer. You can’t run and you can die by the time.
The D-Class 6854 got Fibro dysplasia Ossificans Progressiva. You are a Stone, can’t move anything, only your eyes, if you got this you now have to use a wheelchair… sorry.
The D-Class 6247 got Cardiac Arrest. You instantly die by a Heart Attack.
The D-Class 2001 got Spontaneous combustion. You instantly turn on fire and died.

Errors and/or safety hazards: The majority of the D-Classes will die, others will Survive but they’ll be exterminated to avoid hazard problems.
Conclusion: The SCP-1025 (Encyclopedia of the common Diseases) is a Dangerous book, don’t be fooled by his category, the SCP-1025 Has some of the worst diseases of the world like dying by spontaneous combustion and some good diseases like Regenerative Cancer; This are some of the most frequently diseases of the book, was hard to see all this D-classes dying by all this disease but If we need to do some researches, we need to sacrifice all to get all the information to have the control and avoid future problems, perhaps this is one of the most dangerous SCP of the safe class.

049: The Pestilence… The BIG disease… it is in almost living thing, but no ones need to worry, because I’m here to cure it.

049: The same, I treat them the same as who do they were before, there is no difference, the only difference Jr, is that they listen to me, and me only… I think that you had noticed that.
Jr Kev P: They are inactive, they can’t remind anything from his life before being cure and they can’t understand words or at least talk. How can you communicate to them?, How can they follow your orders?

Additional Information: SCP-049 was on the defensive when I start to break his ego, maybe he is so proud and can’t accept a critic of his “Masterpieces”.

-Conclusion: My conclusion will be that the SCP-049 see Life as a Pestilence, but why I have this conclusion?.
Well as I saw in different interviews The SCP-049 do not kill the People that he “cures” but they can't live, they can't talk, can't understand words or they don't have more skills than only walk and obey 049, so The SCP-049 took them off his mankind (or life) that they had, they're only slaves of him, that will die by the time.Approved by the Director of Research and Security and the Head of Research. Either background research such as explaining a little on the known information on 049-2 and how it relates to the test, events leading to the interview itself such as getting the personal, leading to the chamber and placing them inside etc. If you cruise around the forum and find other tests with the same format you can find some useful examples.

Additional Information: The Doctor was focus on the Dr. Spookie, when he finished the Process he left us alone and he was talking with Dr. Spookie.
-Observation: SCP-049 has a Process that take like 20 min to “Cure” the Subject, but when it’s over, his Bad Look can intimidate, but he has a awesome strength and only can hear the orders of 049.

-Conclusion: As I saw in the test. The SCP-049-2 is like an Ant he Obeys his Queen and this is the SCP-049, he has an awesome Strength and can’t feel Sick or tired, but as I saw too, the SCP-049-2 he died after a while, so is not so Cure at all, my researches with the SCP-049-2 Will not stop, I need answer about his look, his powers, and his Premature Death in spite of his good health before the Process of the SCP-049.

Observation: I thinks if someone comes as a friend with 343 he will be more chill, he is happy to talk with people, so that’s what I did. He was open with me and he was happy to see me again, I gave him pizza and he gave me a little gift (the headcrab) we will study this thing from another universe.
Conclusion: The SCP-343 is an interesting SCP, he has some many things to tell us, but I think we need to question him so he will give us some answer, he has some secrets and the pizza won’t help us with this. I invite to the researchers to talk with him, to ask him things that I haven’t asked. We need more things to ask. Use pizza, tacos, coffee, etc. make him happy and he will act so chill, we need to know more about him.
