I loved the report, i don't know if i can call it an interview cause you only put the questions and the answers directly, but after all really good, keep researching with 343, he knows about SCP but use some things to make him happy and he will be open to talk, in conclusion: well redacted, great questions, great answers and nice Conclusion. Keep on working.

Simple but complete, unfortunately I can't open the files you put in the report, I recommend not to use the same color in all the text (you can use purple on the points of the format: Rank, Clearance lvl, hypothesis, etc).

Don't break 999's heart please, if something changes 999 mentally about friends and foes this will be our end, careful with 999 is not a toy ;3.
It has some problems with the format you didn't edit a part of the report, check your report before you upload it, I would like see more color ans some pictures or draws this will give dynamic to your report and will make it enjoyable, and easy to read.

I liked the question, but you didn't Fill some points
the "background info" is the info of the SCPand where did you base your question, and "the error and safety hazards" is for any expected error, use colors to divided the questions of the answers this will add more dynamic to your report and will make it easy to read for everyone.

I love the tales and things like that, this incident report is good, but need more color and some photos to give it some dynamic and make it easy to read.
I dont know how you got the access to 939 as JR, and i don't know if you and the MTF followed the protocols (I don't see that info in the log), the test you was trying to do was a fail and cost 2 lives, next time you go with a keter go with more MTF and a Supervisor, don't do this tests without the knowledge and without supervison of the command.

The question and hypothesis is good, I liked the observation part, the way you told the events is good, but the interview part was short and simple.
The format is not complete, there are no pictures, i recommend you to use color in your report to make it easy to read and the pictures add more dynamic and you will make a pretty good report, overall good job.

Not so much info, if your test needs to be postponed don't cancel it. I want to know your results, so I recommend you to try again, use colors in text, put some pictures and don't let blank Spaces.

Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? (100-word minimum):
I'm active almost every day (except when I have exams), that will help to give the training or train someone to train the trainees (that will be so useful to get new people), also we need to implement something to remove trainees that make problems, give them a cool down for a while to trainee the good trainees and make easier the training for the trainer. I like to help JR when they need it and I'm always checking discord if something happens, I can support other commands in events that they do, I supervise a lot of test on HCZ and Dr. Bright (More Dr. Bright).
What will you do to make research more active and better? (100-word minimum)(Tangible items like activity, expertise or the ability to run trainings, etc)?
I have in mind to give some recommendations how to make a report for the forums or as sometimes when I finish a training for JR I take them to a little test with a SCP to show them how it is, to take their precautions and how to treat the D-Class, I will recommend this to be added to the trainings for the JR cause this will help them to improve their confidence in test and I think that this will increase the test for the new guys in the branch, I will do a document with some recommendations that I have for the reports and tests.

I used the regenerative cancer to make the pill, cause this disease can heal and help someone with damage or problem, so that why I made that "disease" into a pill a d I put it in "", thanks for the opinion. I'll work out on the point you said :3.

Hypothesis: Can the D-class’s blood with Regenerative Cancer be used to create new SCP-500?
Errors and/or safety hazards: Some Hazard Risks.
Observation:
When I did my test on SCP-1025 about the disease of the book, I saw one interesting called “Regenerative Cancer” this “disease” regenerate every damage on the person who has it, so I thought that probably I can try to recreate SCP-500 or something similar with some blood samples.
So I started using some D-class to get one with the disease, but some of them died until D-0015 was the lucky guy who got the disease, after this I took him to the medbay and with a medic help I got some samples of his blood. *Well... D-0015 wasn’t enough lucky, I had to kill him cause he was an aftermath of 1025*. And I started to work with it.
When I got the samples, I used a microscope to see the cells of the disease and decompose the cells to get his formula. *Well, that was hard to get, I took some days to finish the formula correctly but at the end, I got it*. And I made some pills but the color green.

When I got the Pill, I took a D-class the lucky one was D-1547 for a test with SCP-049, I told 049 to cure him, I took SCP-049-2 to medbay and I gave him the green pill, he didn’t come back to normality but he started to talk me… I made SCP-049-2 talk, he said that he recovered his reminds and his skills to talk and move, he said that he felt fine but he was still looking like a “Zombie”. I wasn’t expecting that, I killed SCP-049-2 after I took some blood samples of his blood to Study them.
When I finished that I took another D-class, the lucky one was D-9632 for a test with 513, I put some headphones to protect me from 513, I gave him the order and he rang the bell, he started to see the SCP-513-1, so I took him to medbay and I gave him a pill, and I left him in the medbay for the night, he still watched 513-1 but he can sleep normally and his mind was sane, he wasn’t feeling any aftermath or some damage from 513-1 only to see the ghost roaming around and stalking him as he told me.
After all, I checked D-1547's blood after he was "cured", the blood cells where normal, so much different to the normal blood of every 049-2, it really works with some things, the 049-2 died by the time as every 049-2 do, but what I have is something that we can work it out.

Conclusion:
We can take some diseases from 1025 and use them on our benefit, this is a great step to recreate SCP-500, I'm close but there is something that I'm missing and I can't see what it is, I'll continue with this research, but if someone has an idea you can take my research to finish my work.

good one bro, i would like to see more color on the text cause it's tired and boring to read all in white, so put something to catch the eyes, and remember after a test you have to take the D-class to the medbay to give them amnestics and then back to the D-block. after all good test, keep working bro.

good test bro, i like you way to explain the examinations of every 049-2, remember to add the Errors and/or safety hazards, cause so you will be more cautious to everything that would happen, remember to put some color on the text, cause is boring and tired to read only on white, so put some color to catch the eyes. but after all good work bro, keep working :3.

Labor/Work being used: Can a photo or the music of this Composition, kill or freak a human?
Errors and/or safety hazards: Many deaths and probably some problems to take the photo and read the composition on a photo.
Observation:
So, what I did was to bring some D-class to do some test on 012, I got the time of death since you go in the CC until you die.
D-4931 was the guy who died by 012 when he was trying to take the photo he died in 8s (in Game with 100HP) and D-0582 was the lucky guy who took the photo and survived (I used a camera that was on his head and i took the photos outside of CC).
I used D-7958 to write all the notes in a piece of paper, so i run no risk reading the photo, at the beginning D-7958 felt some of the symptoms (trance, speaking about the no sense music and he wrote the notes with his blood) but nothing like 012 he didn't die, i can say that this photo can kill someone but it takes more time than 012.
I used my knowledge on music sheets and i made a little part of the song with that I used on D-5821, I gave him some headphones and when the music began, he felt uncomfortable and he wasn't thinking as always i was making him some questions with the headphones and this is what I recorded:

After this, D-5821 was taken in a wheelchair to Medbay to check his Mental Status, he was screaming the sentence from a beatles song in the interview i think he related the numbers with that part of the song, the medical sedated him to put him to sleep, he is now in medbay under supervision of the Medical branch to study his symptoms and then their gonna give him some amnestic.

Conclusion:
The SCP-012 has some secrets, we don’t have so much information about this SCP, we need to research more on this one so we can make him into Safe Class, what I saw was that SCP-012 is complete dangerous in any way, a photo can hurt someone and the music of the SCP-012 can make some go insane. I recommend to be careful with this SCP, learn about my research and hope some other researchers can discover something new about this SCP.

Description: The SCP-049 is a humanoid entity, roughly 1.9 meters in height, which bears the appearance of a medieval plague doctor. SCP-049 is capable of speech in a variety of languages, though tends to prefer English or medieval French.
This is a psychological profile, use this information for your future tests with the SCP, researcher. I hope you can get an idea of what you are facing, Good luck Researchers!.
Crime Scene: When law enforcement personnel engaged the hostile 049-2 instances in the crime scene, SCP-049 was noted as watching the engagement and taking notes in its journal. After all of the 049-2 instances were dispatched, SCP-049 willingly entered Foundation custody.
Geographic profile: Town of Montauban in southern France.
Modus Operandi: SCP-049 began by asking to his Victim several standard medical questions, as it began removing tools from its bag. Shortly after finishing its preparations, SCP-049 quickly closed the distance between the two, killing the victim with a touch to its throat. Afterwards, SCP-049 made a number of considerable alterations to the basic structure of the subject's corpse, often introducing fluids from within its bag into the subject by way of a hand powered pump and copper tubing.
Victimology: The victims are resuscitated corpses that have been operated by SCP-049. They do not seem to retain any of their memories or previous mental functions, since they only have basic motor skills and response mechanisms. Generally inactive, moving very little and generally ambulatory, they can become extremely aggressive if provoked or if SCP-049 indicates it. The victims express active biological functions, although these are very different from the human physiology currently understood. Despite these alterations, SCP-049 often comments that the subjects have been "cured."

Conclusion: The SCP-049 would do anything to perfect his "cure", he is very intelligent. So I recommend to make him see that you have control of the test or interview, do not let him intimidate you or you will have problems. You have to keep him neutral, don't break his pride or he will get mad (he is a narcissist, so he will talk about his cure and how he can cure everyone from the plague), it's extremely dangerous. Keep his hands cuffed all the time at least you need a SCP-049-2, ALWAYS have 2 guards with you, use the hazmat suit when you enter in his CC, he is very curious with Human’s pestilence. Follow containment protocols.
