Name: Russian Rank: 2LT FTO Rank: JFTO Why should you retain your rank?: Before I went into reserves I planned to come back during the summer of 2020, although due to school being literally canceled I am now able to stay on a lot more and continue to better myself as a person and as a member of GENSEC. I plan to commit to the server more and turn myself into a better leader, fighter, and someone with more work ethic. I have not been on the server for that long since I came back, but I can already see that a lot of the problems that were existing before I left are no longer a thing. I believe that I can help improve the current problems of GENSEC as I learn more about it. I noticed that when I was in GENSEC I did things different than some other command and I will still continue to do things that way as I believe that those ways are the best way to help GENSEC and keep GENSEC supported. I will notify other command if I am not on. Why should you retain your current Rank? (WO+ 150+ Words): I should retain my current rank because I am working hard to keep it. One of my main thing that I do as command is follow the command guide CLOSELY. I am very involved with bettering GENSEC in performance, communication, and doing our job. I make sure that NCOs are organized and doing their job, along with that I mentor WOs. Keeping D-Block secure takes coordination, which lacks with SOs, I always go for the mentoring and criticism route before the punishment route when dealing with behavior, which I have seen to be more effective then just a simple warning then punishment. As the RCF Commander, I make sure that anyone in RCF does their GENSEC jobs first. One of the main ways of organization in GENSEC is meetings, which I use to voice my opinion about the weeks past situations and GENSEC's performance as a whole.
