With being a supervisor for quite some time with this being said, I understand the duties as well as what it takes to be PD low command. My experience can go over years of time from being command within several different departments and being several different supervisor positions within PD. Going into further detail, maturity once again I will reiterate that I understand what it takes to be PD low command as far as time, dedication, Leadership skills, people skills and just being command in general. To further this with experience as far as being command I've got experience with being in a command within Secret Service, PD's sub department Street crimes unit, EMS Low command these just a few to give example. However, besides all the dedication and experience and maturity my main reason why I should be promoted for PD low command is because I want to better PD as a whole from OFC to even Command if need or when needed. By bringing what I know from years of experience and be able to help people better themselves within PD and in general in the Gaming light community. With this being said I also just want to further my career within PD as a whole Helping along the way knowing when its time to joke around have a little fun but also when its time to step and do a job getting it correctly and professional. (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank of trial moderator for my record for one out of many reasons first, my prior staff experiences over the years and time with Gaming light’s community and Police-RP in general. Going into further detail Staff experiences goes into dealing with people of the communities over the years, people with all different types of personalities and emotions. Allowing me to have Great people skills allowing me to better understand a person report and being able to step in the persons shoes and seeing the other side of a story this is why I feel I would be a good fit for Trial-Moderator but also because of my time within GL’s Police-RP it allows me to not only know the rules but also help others of the community understanding those rules set in place. However, another reason is Secondly, my activity and Maturity. Going into further detail with activity I’m usually always on during the day and night also every day. These are my reasons why I deserve the rank of trial Moderator. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would Bring him/her to a sit and collectively and professional ask them to stop and inform that if this conduct is continued that they will be muted if continued have them muted after this see if they are calming down I would ask them why they did this, if they knew that was they are doing is against the rules after this said inform them that what has been done has repercussions and that they will Given a 5 day Ban, Contacting a Higher up to carry out punishment.
