Command spots are limited and it would be pretty crazy if people that have spent their entire time being combatants were suddenly command in research and vice versa. SMT and O5 are in agreement that this should not be the norm.

So I was going to let this sit for a little longer, but after reviewing the evidence that's been sent to me, which I didn't have before, and hearing the opinions of so many people, I realize there's really no point. Upon review of the information that's been sent to me, along with the overwhelmingly negative feedback from the community, your ban will stay in full force. As a reminder, you have run out of appeals. Additionally, in light of the extremely disturbing images that I've seen, further disciplinary measures may also be invoked. To clarify, you were banned for massive amounts of toxicity that included racism and transphobia. Including, but not limited to spamming people's DMs with racist remarks. This will be the last ban appeal, if this is denied, then you are not permitted to submit another. I will make a decision on this at some point this week in order to get sufficient community feedback.
