I think it would be beneficial to have applications for being a Trainer. Currently there seems to be long amounts of time where trainees are stuck in the spawn room. Anything to get more trainers would be excellent!

Was waiting for security trainer for quite a while, but I was with a big group of other trainees and we all had a great time. We cracked jokes and I made a few friends. Great time!
