Hey guys, I'm gonna be leaving GL for now. Now simply isn't a good time, and my time for now is better spent elsewhere. GL has given me plenty of fun, but the spirit has been gone a while now. 6/5/2023 - PoliceRP Mega Update Changes: Government Department Updates: EMS: EMS jobs have been renamed, along with a change to job descriptions, and a new Trainee job having been added to help more players to join the department. A new donator job, "EMS First Responder (Diamond+)", has been added and is available to all Diamond and Platinum Donators today! SOP, Vehicle Guidelines, Ranks, and other documentation are to be updated by command; changes coming soon! FBI: A new donator job, "FBI Breacher (Gold+)", has been added and is available to all Gold, Diamond, and Platinum Donators today! A new Trainee job has been added, which will help with the recruitment of new agents, and allow for more growth in the department! SWAT: The SWAT Update has been released! A new donator job, "S.W.A.T. Combat Surgeon (Platinum)", has been added and is available to all Platinum Donators today! All SWAT jobs have gained a new feature/ specialty, called "Phase Shift", which allows for them to become invisible for a short time, become invulnerable to damage, and move at a faster pace than normal. This feature can be used to gain an unlimited number of tactical advantages, and depending on how it's used, may turn the tide of battles in-game! Secret Service: Secret Service jobs have received weapon updates which will be in and available to the server tomorrow, Tuesday 6/6/2023! Hop on early to check out the new loadouts! All Tac Units All Tac Units have received a nerf to their armor, lowering it slightly to level the playing field for other classes. Any Breacher jobs have received the Concussion Grenade as apart of their loadout. Command teams are encouraged to train their breachers with this new piece of equipment to ensure adequate usage of it in the field. Combat Healing Update: An update has been pushed to the server to address combat healing. If you have taken damage from any source (from PVP combat, fall damage, etc.), you will physically not be able to heal yourself by any means for 30 seconds from when you last took damage (medkits and donator weapons such as the candy canes will not heal damage until the 30 seconds are up). MOTD rules pertaining to combat healing have been removed, due to this update's features defeating the point for why these rules should still exist. Speed Gun & Radar Removal: The speed gun and radar systems have been removed from the server due to performance reasons and due to low usage of the tools. Players in seats now take damage: Anyone who is seated (by use of the 'Alt + E' keybind or the 'sit' command in console) are now susceptible towards incoming damage. Please be mindful of where you sit, you could get caught in cross fire while you're AFK and come back to being deader than a door knob! Bug Fixes: All Dance Swep animations have been fixed! Some other minor bugs have been eliminated over the past 2 weeks. Weapon Balancing: The following weapons have had their values modified to balance them out in-game! Check them out in game! It was a simple life, his home was made of wood and stone, inside were two rooms with a loft, which Lionel lived in. The animals that were kept were chickens, pigs, horses, cows, and a few goats. Lionel was not an ordinary child, as he had a great interest in human anatomy and how the human body works. His interest soon became an obsession, soon he started dissecting cadavers, this was not easy, as the only cadavers he could get were from homeless people, his parents didn't approve of his "work". One night, Lionel was trying to dissect a man, as he opened up the man's head, he noticed some sort of parasitic worm-like creature inside, this was quite abnormal, as the only living things that could withstand the head's environment was mushrooms and bacteria, but this didn't look anything like a fungus, this looked like a true creature. It looked up at Lionel, it opened its mouth and began to speak... "Who are you, what have you done to my host?" Lionel gasped "How do you even know that? Have you always been here?" "I was here first, I have always been here." ..."What are you?" "I do not know, I have been here before the planet was born, before life began." ..."Can you leave?" "I cannot leave...my body cannot survive without a host." ..."You're not from this world then?" "I am from a world beyond your's, I was once a worm, a small creature at the bottom of the ocean, then I evolved...now i have power...power that is beyond your comprehension." ..."Did you possess the dead body?" "Yes, I used this body to communicate to this world." ..."So, you can possess people?" "Yes. I can possess living creatures, as well as dead ones." Silence After several minutes of silence "So why is someone as talented as you wasting his life away? You could have been the greatest doctor that this planet has ever seen!" ..."So i could be like you?" "Yes...join me, become my host, and we'll leave this planet, explore other worlds...together!" Lionel opened his mouth and let in the worm, the worm entered his mouth, and entered his throat, the rest of the story is a mystery. Agreed, L RK3 (This post was made by SE-14R gang) On a more serious note, giving Seeker this health buff allows them to have a competitive edge in the battalions and against their enemies, really giving that "elite" term that they live up to some meaning. They are meant to be the best of DT, so having the durability to back that up is a massive boost to them, as they currently share the same stat spread as NCOs. The sniper change works really well as a recon role should have a suppressed weapon considering their SMG is also suppressed, allowing them to remain undetected by those who may be more advanced (Actual players). The stat spread chosen gives them the strength similar to their Officers, just a slight armor buff for durability, making it a choice sub-class for all ranks of DT.

I got gmod long time ago I bought it because it was popular in YouTube videos and I saw like post all about it and just decided to buy it and nowadays I just play a lot

My favorite event was when a handful of CI and MTF were brought up by an O-5 to wreak havoc on the facility as Gorlex Marauders. I was one of them named Gorlex Marauder Leviathan. I originally wanted John, John Wicken, or Wicked John due to my name being John. One guy decided that we should have cooler names, so I picked Leviathan. There was a guy named Jah Wick though in the event, so that's funny lol. I didn't get to fight much due to me crashing, but it was awesome fighting alongside players known for their skill in PVP. We had the killzone model at first, then a Russian Spetsnaz model. I got to try out a gun I didn't know existed, the FS90. Which is a cool SMG that A-1 uses. We had really high health and armor, with a good loadout. We had to find a guy who had the codes and location of the nuke room [in rp we do not know where to go]. This guy is guarded by MTF. Our goal was to activate the nuke in the facility, and I was there at the end holding against the elevator of MTF. I died within the last minute of the launch, getting gunned down by MTF. Don Ceech was the one that was able to launch the nukes. This was an event that I enjoyed as a CI main; It's what I came to the server to do. After all, my favorite code is black; "Chaos Insurgency or other some unknown personnel has entered the facility, exercise caution."

I can't be bothered to write all that much but I'm putting this out there just so if anybodies browsing the forums they know where I went. Ive been inactive for a decent amount of time now, I've been busy with work, and have lost all my motivation to play on the server. I loved Nu7, but I really found a place for myself in Utility for a minute. I enjoyed almost every second in Maint and Medical, but I seem to have angered the wrong people. It is hard to be motivated to continue playing when your progress is taken from you, and you are forced to be stuck in one position. I am upset about this, yes, but I still love utility, and have nothing but respect for its leadership. I really hope medical specifically flourishes, and I believe that medical research is currently making a comeback, which is what I wanted to see so much. I will give some shout outs to certain people that I liked while I was here, cuz why not. Gigazet: While you are weird, you and Revan were probably the two I was closest with while on the server, and I had a lot of fun hanging out with you during the late night, even when you were drunk. Revan: You and me share a lot of opinions, and I think your heart is in the right place. I know you've resigned, so I've decided to join you. Catalyst: Continue to carry Medical Research, you are the spark that will reignite the flame. Quinn: You are definitely an up and comer, and I'd love to see you go very far within Medical. GJ/Grub/Vintage: You three were the command members I interacted with the most during my time in medical, and I respect the hell out of all three of you. I would like to thank you for all the work you've put in, and making me feel so welcome. Inaccurate: You are working very hard to keep medical afloat, and I wish you nothing but the best. Solid: While you were not in medical, and I didnt talk to you for very long, I do think you are a great leader and will do amazing things. While I couldn't work with you for very long, I enjoyed my time and thank you for putting so much effort into MMF. And to everybody else in medical, I'd like to say that you should never let your ideas stay in your head, rather then just trying to stay afloat and survive in medical, make a change. Always fight to be better, no matter how hard that is. Piller and J0LT are TROLLS (Love yall tho)
