  2. Accepted Contact an SSO+ for training DT Command seems to have no issues Shock Command is iffy since you just recently left after Officer app was denied SO/Naval Command Does not have any issues
  3. +Support I can't see a better choice than him. He was a previous VCMDR already then came back as a Reserve LTCOL and is now a VCMDR again. I think he deserves a shot at Commander
  4. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Vice Commander Antonoff 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Commander of the Shock Security Battalion 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I first joined Shock in September of 2023. Since then, I’ve seen Shock go through three commanders, six vice commanders, and countless officers, most of whom have one thing in common: they will do whatever they can to better Shock. Witnessing this dedication has inspired me to contribute to this legacy of excellence. As a commander, I want to continue this tradition of commitment and bring Shock to new heights. I believe that my experience within the unit has given me a unique view on its strengths and areas for improvement. I have developed an understanding of the challenges we face and the opportunities we can seize. I am committed to promoting an environment of teamwork, discipline, and innovation. I want to ensure that every trooper of Shock Security feels valued and empowered to contribute to our overall success. By supporting open communication I aim to build a battalion that not only meets but exceeds expectations. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 1,367 hours. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander is to lead and manage the unit effectively to achieve its objectives. This involves strategic planning, decision-making, and overseeing the operations to ensure success. A commander must provide clear direction and set high standards, promoting a sense of family and purpose among the troopers. By maintaining order and morale, a commander ensures that the battalion operates efficiently, even in challenging situations . A commander is also responsible for the well-being and development of their troopers. This includes training and supporting their Imperial growth to promote the whole battalion. A commander must also be skilled at communicating with the high command and other branches/battalions to coordinate missions and achieve larger goals. Ultimately, the commander's role is to balance the needs of the mission with the needs of their soldiers, leading with both authority and empathy. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : As a current member of command I feel that I have given no one any reason to not trust me but if additional reasons are needed here are a few. I am a hard working and motivated command member. In my wake I try only to leave excellence. I believe in diplomacy first and I live by Imperial Standards. I haven’t been cited for my conduct. Outside of RP I am a member of the esteemed Imperial Moderation team, where again I have never been cited for my conduct. I have been a member of shock for some time but prior to this I was a member of numerous other battalions and branches. I work closely with members of different command teams to try to understand their operations and how best lead Shock to constructively engage with them to better the Imperial cause and the GamingLight way. 7. How often can you be Online? : As proven with my months of activity, I can be active in the server for about 20 hours each week (the additional hours are AFK). However; as my HCOM overseers and officers will attest I am almost always reachable and willing to help via Discord. And spend countless additional hours doing administrative work for the battalion. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I do, when I was a new vice commander I made the mistake of goofing around at the detriment of others and I was punished for my actions. I was preforming a sim with my troopers in an open area and 2 other troopers not participating in the sim were shot and injured. Staff members issued me a warning for ARDMx2 and the situation has not repeated its self. Coda: I thank you, dear reader, for your consideration and attention. I encourage you to leave a reply if you have any opinion, either negative or positive. I know this application comes right on the heels of my LOA but rest assured that this has been in the works for some time and has been well thought out and planned. With reverence, SK357.
  5. In-Game Name: Antonoff (sometimes Antoffon) Steam Name: [GL] NightShift101 SteamID: STEAM_0:1:564697362 What is your discord username? nightshift101 What is your staff rank in GamingLight? ImpeiralRP Admin How often are you on TeamSpeak? Way too often. Daily at a minimum. How often do you use Discord? Also too often. I am almost always readable via a DM or a ping and have fast response times. But I am rarely sitting on Discord. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to become a member of the support team to forward my goal of helping the community grow. I believe that in becoming a member of the Support team, not only can I help current members of the community fix any issues they may have, I can also help any new members of the community troubleshoot any issues they may have connecting to any of the gaminglight platforms. I would like to bring my knowledge of the different platforms GL uses (GMod, TeamSpeak, Discord) to the support team to assist any member of the community with any issues they may encounter. I have plenty of knowledge of discord's inner workings in particular, as I have set up/moderated a plethora of of different servers for several small/mid sized communities. I would also like to mention that I have basic networking knowledge, so troubleshooting connection issues tends to come naturally to me. Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? I am a current Admin, Gamemaster and Vice Commander on ImperialRP. I have dedicated thousands of hours to this community and its people How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? I would be kind and welcoming but straight forward, something like this: “Hello there! My name is Antonoff from the GL Support team. What can I help you with today?”
  6. In-Game Name: Cinder (Also known as XX5) Steam Name: [GL] CloneWars SteamID: STEAM_0:0:466939023 What is your discord username? @valorantcinder What is your staff rank in GamingLight? Moderator How often are you on TeamSpeak? During the week 8 - 10 hours, but weekends can extend 12+ hours How often do you use Discord? I’m often on discord frequently ranging about 16 hours a day Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to be a member of the Support Team not because it’s a new experience or can get me higher in staff (I would’ve happily joined if Staff wasn’t a requirement), because it’s a passion of mine to help others, I try my hardest to answer any question I get asked and sometimes I don’t always have the answer to things which pains me but I look up to my JMT and SMT and I learn new things that I can put into my passion to help others, I’m always happy to be able to share my knowledge and experience with other people and it’s also a pleasure to learn new things I hadn’t known before. I would like to be a Support Member because I love helping with game questions, Frequently Asked Questions or even just helping them find a single button. I want to be the person that everyone can come to and always feel welcomed and comfortable to talk and ask things they wouldn’t normally asked and they will always be left with a “Have a great day” from me once their question is answered. Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? A lot of people around Imperial RP know my staff name or know my RP name, and I’m sure they’d say that I’m a trustful and honest and kind person within the community, though I may not be well known around the PoliceRP community, I am getting around trying to say Hello here and there, I’ll be coming around the server and Teamspeak channels to get to know the other side of Gaminglight. I push to be as helpful as I can be around Teamspeak and In-Game although limitations arise with what things I can or cannot do, but that is easily fixed by forwarding my helpful feedback to a member of JMT+ How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? “Hello {Name}, I’m a member of the Support Team and I’m here to assist you!” And I would have an answer to their questions/statements and resolve the problem as fast as I can within my range and if necessary request assistance if the problem is out of my hands.
  7. Rest In Piece, Russtime.
  8. Sad to see you leave SRT
  9. + Support Very good Ive seen some good stuff from steve
  10. In-Game Name: BruceyBoyo Steam Name: [GL] BruceyBoyo SteamID: STEAM_0:1:6828556 What is your discord username? bruceyboyo What is your staff rank in GamingLight? Moderator How often are you on TeamSpeak? Daily, usually for at least several hours per day How often do you use Discord? Discord starts up automatically with my computer and I check it constantly for any relevant messages while at my computer. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I have previously been a part of support, including as a supervisor, and then a support advisor for a long while. During that time I felt that I was able to make a positive impact and contribution to the community, both by helping with support tickets themselves and by just helping with Teamspeak tags, etc. where needed. One of my main reasons for wanting to rejoin support is to be able to put my years of knowledge and experience within the community to use again and get back to helping players have a positive experience, beyond what I can already do as staff. I enjoy helping players with any and all issues they have, something I am already able to do to some extent, but I would be much better placed to do so as a member of the support team. With my previous experience, I appreciate even more how vital the support team and the services they provide are to the community and I want to once again do my part for the community. Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? I have been a part of Gaminglight for an extended length of time, during which I have gained the trust of most of the community. I was an active member of support for just under a year, during which I became a supervisor, before becoming JMT and being a support advisor for around a year and a half. To my knowledge, my performance in my roles as support was consistently up to standard. I have also successfully performed in other trusted positions including Event Team Leader and Senior Forum Diplomat. I am known for being calm, approachable and willing to help, all traits that are important for a member of support staff. I am also known for doing anything and everything I can do to help, something I will continue within support if I am accepted. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? My exact greeting would depend on where we are. In a Teamspeak voice channel, my greeting is likely to be a simple, polite “Hi there, what can I help you with?” or words to that effect. In a Discord ticket it is more along the lines of “Hi there! Please fill out the format above so we can best assist you!” if they do not fill in the format until spoken to. If they fill out the format and describe the issue before being prompted, my greeting is likely to be merged with the first bit of help I’m giving them and will therefore be varied, but always polite and respectful.
  11. in-Game Name: Snappy Steam Name: [GL]Snappy101 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:526658024 or 76561199013581776 What is your discord username? Snappyislegend What is your staff rank in GamingLight? Admin/EVT Team How often are you on TeamSpeak? about 3-8 hours a day depending on the day How often do you use Discord? quite often if I am not on my computer then always on my phone. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? the reason I want to join Support team is because I want to help out not just more people but also the community, I really only play and help on PRP, but I would love to help with people from other servers as well if they need it. Another reason I want to join Support is because I have helped with TeamSpeak issues in the past and have dealt with a lot of Discord issues as well, So I would love to keep on helping wherever I'm needed especially if I know how to fix the issue. If I can't I also love asking for help from higher ups that way I can learn what to do better and help more people. The other reason I want to join is because I love this community and I love being staff and event team for it as it is so much fun and if people have any questions, then I can help them, and it just feels great to help people in this community and I want to keep on moving forward and move into support now. I also took a break from the server and now I am back and would love to help out more then how I left Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? I am loyal to the community and for the most part I know what I am doing and I am always keen to learning and trying new things. I can also help almost everyone and I don't have bias and will help anyone who asks for it. Also I am very respectful to everyone and do not look for conflict anywhere. I also have experience with helping, with My role of Department Head I help with any questions someone might have and I am able to follow instructions and follow the rules. I can also learn from my mistakes and love to learn new ways to look at things, so if I ever have questions I love to ask about them that way I can learn and know what to do in the future How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? I would start by introducing who I am and ask them what the issue is I would also get as much information on the problem as I can and then Help them whether it is in-game, TeamSpeak or discord. I would also stay with them to make sure the problem is fixed and keep on working with them to make sure it works. I would also give them my discord that way if there are any issues with anything they could contact me and I could help them.
  12. Accepted Thank you for your interest in the Police-RP Staff Team! You have been accepted into the team, and we would love to speak with you! Please contact a Head of Staff within the next 48 hours to claim your tags and be trained, unless other instructions have been given to you. Thank you, and we look forward to working with you! ~PoliceRP Senior Management Team
  13. In-Game Name: Ion Davis Steam Name: [GL] 1K-86 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:450610550 What is your discord username? 1k86 What is your staff rank in GamingLight? Senior-Moderator How often are you on TeamSpeak? 6-8 hours a day. How often do you use Discord? Very often. Notifications are always on. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to become a member of the support team for many reasons. I love to help people with problems and find solutions. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to Garry's Mod bugs, Discord Issues, Teamspeak issues, and so forth. By becoming a member of support, I will be able to bring a charismatic personality to any and all situations which occur. In tough and stressful situations, I am able to remain calm and keep a clear head to most effectively handle the problem in a hasteful manner. These are just a few reasons I believe I would be a great fit for support. I am hoping to do more to help Gaminglight and the community as a whole. Ever since I joined GL in early 2023, I have had a deep interest in the servers, players, and so much more. I hope to be able to assist many people in all kinds of scenarios. Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? I am a very reliable member of Gaminglight and the staff team. I have been able to surpass the sit's required every week, I am very active and respectful, and I have been trusted already with many confidential information by being a member of Executive High Command within the PoliceRP server. In all the scenarios, I have remained silent, effectively safeguarding all information which is confidential. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? I would first join the channel to introduce myself, "Hello! My name is Ion Davis, how may I assist you today?" If the matter is a question, I will give them an answer to their question with the best of my abilities. If the matter was a more indepth issue with either Teamspeak, Discord, or Garry's Mod, I would politely ask them to give me as much information about the issue as possible, and work together to resolve the issue. It may be as simple as their model quality is too low, or they may have to validate their GMOD files. Either way, I would work with them and give them the steps to completing each of these objectives.

  18. Thy day has come. This isn't a community resignation but more of a "I'm leaving to explore more that the server has to offer". I've been given reserves for MAJ so I will still be around of course but just wont be as involved as I have been. Thank you to everyone that has given me a chance here since I joined back on January 4th 2023. Kitty: You were my first CMDR and were really fun to have as one. You helped me become better at driving and realize that I hate doing vehicle pursuits with you. Was sad to see you leave back then but happy to see your still around a bit. Masterson: You probably aren't gonna see this but I knew you before I even joined SRT and you were really interested and pushing me to join from the start. You were also my first ever CoCMDR. Cool guy, was sad to see you leave too. Andre: Although you weren't around much at the time of you being a CMDR, I felt like we did pretty good together in SRT. Pretty cool guy, helped pave my way in SRT as well and helped me look at some situations differently for the better. Ganta: Your a minge, L bozo Scout: Keep up the good work here, I know someday maybe you'll make it to CoCMDR Finally Sato: We've stuck it out the longest and have been side by side in this department for a while now. In my opinion we did good but sadly couldn't see SRT rise to a powerhouse tac department like I was hoping. o7 Honorable mentions: Miniepic, Locus, Kcarma, Antonio, Ponik, Hunt, and anyone else currently in SRT or have been in SRT during my time here. Once again thank you all for this amazing opportunity and I hope to see yall around in the streets. o7
  19. +support Has impeccable activity, something very good for a vice admiral Show's he is able to move past things and improve by appealing his strike and joining SO again Is competent and knows how to be a leader Has previous vice commander experience More than likely one of my favorite people to rp with
  20. What is your in game name?: Drago What is your in game rank?: SHG: Shadow Guard RG: Senior Guard How long have you been in Shadow Guard?: snice 4/28/24 How long have you been in Royal Guard?: Snice 4/8/24 Why do you want to become a Officer in Shadow Guard?: I want to help the lead with any problems / issues they may have and help lead the shadow guards in a positive direction. I also wanna be able to host Shadow Guard sim or trainings and get more Cadets in Shadow Guard. How could you assist The Shadow Guard Lead?: By coming with new ideas for shadow guard helping with issues and being a contact point for the other shadow guards. I could also help with any work that may need to be done inside of shadow guard. I can do Flag ups to get more Shadow Guard on. How many strikes do you have?: 0 Do you have any prior experience in being an Officer in a Sub-Branch? (If yes, explain): 2 years ago I was a officer and lead of cobra squadron, it was part of SF. I would do tryouts, sims, trainings, etc. I always did flag ups to get more Cobra Squadron members on.
  21. What is your in-game name?: SSO Ensign Terran What is your steam name?: Terran What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:95355327 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: Here is a List of Staff Roles that I have been for the past 13 years, There were more but over the years I kinda just forgot about the names of the communities, I've been apart but some of the communities listed, I was apart of for more than 2-3 years at a time. I ranked myself from a Trial Mod and worked my way up to the last rank that is listed on each of them. - AfterShockGaming :: Community Manager / Developer - Darth Gaming :: Global Senior Admin - Oblivion Networks :: Community Co-Owner - Revival Servers :: Server Manager - Icefuse Networks :: Division Leader (Rust) - Nomad Networks :: Director of Administration - Blitzkrieg Servers :: Community Staff Director What date did you start playing on the community?: Roughly about a Month ago, but I've been apart of Gaming Light for 5 Years since 2019. What date did you make your forums account?: Roughly a month ago. Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)?: GameMaster How many warns do you have on the server?: None to my knowledge Have you donated?: Yes I donated for Darth. What rank are you applying for?: Trial Moderator Have you read the staff guidelines at You will be tested on it: Yes Timezone: PST, MDT, CDT & EST - I'm a Truck Driver for 48 States, So I'm in all Timezones every week. Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I get on when I can, and when I do get on. I try to help to my best ability as I am already a Game Master so I am able to help with events and come up with some different unique events, but I want to do more than just events, I want to be apart of the staff team to assist with the community members themselves as the other night, (I get on wayyy late sometimes) there were not staff members on and I had to arrest storm troopers to get them from Mass RDMing while the staff members that were on, were all AFK. So I do what I can with the limited powers that I have, but I want to expand on those powers and hopefully one day become apart of the Imperial RP Management Team either JMT or SMT. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I'll keep emotions aside and keep my posture professional at all times during the sit. Once I bring the individual, I will make sure that the person that I have brought is frozen and can't go anywhere and after 1 Warning to stop cursing, I will gag them and ask if it is worth RDMing the server and minging and if they continue then I will simply Kick them from the server and request a ban on them for the Mass RDM and constant cursing/disrespect towards a member of the staff team of the GL Imperial RP.
