Why should we add it? - It could possibly help improve the realism of roleplay. It can also make government more organized and give some people new things to try and do. What are the advantages of having this? - Possibly a improvement of realism and more organization if done properly. Who is it mainly for? - Basically anyone wanting to be involved. Dispatch isn't helpful for communications, they confuse people and slow down callouts.
