To be honest I thought you could still get promoted without making a app or I am just dumb, but anyways I think I should become command because I know how to handle situations fairly well and if the OGs know remember me as command I did lots of announcement's and was serious in the time of need when I had to talk to someone who broke the SOP and sometimes use a more happier tone so the offender would be less sorry or something I don't know, I guess I can make good dissension's for myself and the branch and I admit I didn't do that much as command but I do plan on making a difference, tryna get back to foremen lol. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would calmly ask them to return to the training room, if they don't I can use plan B and use my minge tone on them sometimes it works for some unknown reason (this does not mean I will minge my butt off I'm just using a minge tone) if that still doesn't work I will need to call a mod to make them return to their cell. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? You can't RDM in bunks anymore, This really all depends if the server is empty as in dead, if they are RDMing each other right outside of bunks that will get in the way of passing foundation personal so I will ask them to move to a more empty and quiet area since there is no rule on this. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? their are 3 ways I can handle this, ask him to come back in bunks and tell him to stop and give him a verbal (this all depends on how much he has broken) another way I can do this is trap him and cuff him, send too bunks, tell him to stop and give him a verbal (again this all depends) or I can use my COMMAND TONE do all the above Maintenance Expert ll Ex.
