Daze
In-Game name: SF3 / Confundere SteamID: STEAM_0:1:429019972 Rank: LCPL How long have you been in your current rank?: I was at Specialist for over 5 days, but just recently made LCPL. What experiences in leadership do you have?: I am currently a SSGT in 69th Medical so I help Commissioned Officers with their work, as well as doing tryouts. I also help with the research side of medical as I oversee the newer researches since I am a Senior Scientist. I am currently enlisted in United States Air Force in Security Forces, so I have first hand experience of taking orders, or if within my jurisdiction, giving out orders to the general public. Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum) I want to be become a non-commissioned officer because I know I am able to be professional now while on Death Trooper, as well as higher my standards while as a NCO. I always prefer to be a leader rather than a follower, which is why I am making the application in the first place. Being a mentor and a leader to others is what I strive to do whether it to be to better myself, or the others around me. Ever since I had joined the server, all I ever wanted to do was join the Death Troopers, because they know what being professional is, and know to follow details down to a tee. I feel I am a worthy candidate for the position, and nothing else can change my mind. (132 words) What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) Like I said before, I am currently a SSGT in the Medical regiment, and that I am enlisted as Security Forces. I have that first hand experience of giving orders and following them. I am able to stay professional and dedicate my time to better myself and others so that Death Troopers can be known as having discipline, as well as having others follow SOPs and guidelines. I know that I am able to deliver exceptional results to the regiment, as well providing for others. I feel I can be a great addition to the NCO team, as well as fit in pretty quickly. My combination of skills and attributes will and can help me through the process as well. I am able to get on during down time as well due to my timezone so that I can maximize tryouts and provide our VIPs protection. I am confident that I would be a better candidate than others, and feel that I am able to go above and beyond expectations. My commitment to Death Troopers will help strengthen the regiment. (180 words) Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position? Yes, I understand. SilonMist
+SupportI am supporting this application for the following reason; you seem to have dedication to the regiment. I see this in your activity and you listen when asked to do something quickly, and without complaining. Now, that doesn't mean your application doesn't have flaws, and some may not have the same conclusion as me. I will go in depth below of how I feel about the application itself. Remember your application reflects the amount of effort you really put in.Now, reading your application, I am going to give you some food for thought. What, besides being a sergeant in another regiment, actually qualifies you for the job within DT? What does a Sergeant do besides tryouts and protecting VIPs that sets them apart? What does being and NCO really mean besides having a rank? Can you define professionalism, what makes you professional? Is feeling worthy different than actually being worthy? I guess I feel that you listed things that are very general, and things that everyone lists. I want to know what makes you unique. I want to know what you define as professional. I want to know what methods of leadership you think you use. I want to know what you are doing beyond expectations. I want to know what your so called skills and attributes are. What is your definition of discipline and how does it apply?I felt as if I was reading off a template. I want to see more in depth comments on the things you listed.
