Why should we add it? - Well I think we should add this as a certification instead of a job so at some points people can get on the job to regulate radio when it can become hectic or there is a lot of situations going on at once as it can be a way to control the radio and make sure everyone isn't just speaking over each other. What are the advantages of having this? - Well we could make it CPL-SGT+ to become certified and it would again add what we had with Dispatch before they were sadly removed.
