DIFFERENT MENTALITY:While in the E-11 the mentality is to do our job and go "home" safe, again, again and again, this doesnt mean it isnt fun, doing that kind of job is actually really funny and can be different each time we enter site.The Red Right Hand would give me the chance to do something different and I belive that I could have a good experience within it. Why should we accept you: You should accept me because of different reasons and I will list them all:ACTIVITYAs most of you know I dedicate most of my time to the E-11 (from 6 to 12 hours CET)I make lots of activity logs daily and when I was in the Red Right Hand Program (Analyst) I was pretty active.LEADERSHIP:From when I got Non Commisioned Officer In the E-11 I developed (even if not an officer) leadership abilities, I always host patrols, include the Enlisteds and other NCOs (now that I am an Officer), will always treat them the same and never act as a boss but as a leader, I never left someone behind.COMBAT SKILLS AND TACTICSWhile being in the E-11 I developed Combat Skills and tactics which I often share within the Enlisteds before doing something (Patrol, Entrances etc..), with time I developed different tactics to face all scenarios, from a 610 breach to a GOI Raid, instead of just rushing like most people do I think before doing something. You are very active and dedicated to the server but your relations with other people is bad. I understand that we do not like everyone, I do not like everyone, you do not and pretty much no one likes every one but you need to try to understand them and try to appreciate them. I will +/- Support but I am more on the + Support side. This can be due to Inactivity, Behavior Issues, or generally being unfit for Alpha-1 at this time.
