Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? I believe I would be a great addition to command because I have good knowledge of the SOP and train frequently. I want to continue helping Maintenance in any way I am able to and joining command is the next step in that goal. I love seeing the branch continue to grow each week I have been in it. Command has always been there for me as an enlisted so I would love to be that person for someone else. Every member of command is someone who you can have fun playing and talking with and I’d like to think of myself as a great addition to the team. I hope to join you and do the best I can. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? Ask them to follow me back to the training room, if they do not comply further than restrain them and bring them back, if there is any more non-compliance then demote them while placing them on the DNT list. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? If it was during a code red I probably wouldn't mind unless they were shooting each other sue to there not being damage in bunks anymore but if there was no code red I would tell them to do armor or trash, otherwise they could switch to D-Class. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would talk with them to explain to them what they are doing wrong and how to correct themselves, if the problem persists then I would strike them and put them on the DNT list.
