Spoon False Warn Report- Accepted

What warn did I recieve: RDM

Why do I think the Warn was false: This is in no way darby's fault. Essentially me and Chipdail UMC were near BP Gas Station, I saw that a rival family was taking over a faction point,  I quickly moved my scope in on them and saw what appeared to be 30m. I myself am only new to factions as I was on a couple month hiatus where I wasn't even playing on the server when factions were even introduced. I'm putting this warn appeal on primarily because I felt targeted as a UMC player. When in the sit, I explained that I had no intention to RDM and that I 100% on my heart believed I saw 30m on the name. Darby the moderator on duty at the time who was dealing with the sit, understood where I was coming from as I really had no intention of rdming as stated above. Darby was being understanding as all staff should be and issued a verbal warning and 150s of Jail time. This is when the reporter, said that he wanted a different staff member because he thought Darby was in UMC and therefor giving an unfair punishment. To me this feels like targeting because of the way he immediately assumed there was corruption because he believed Darby to be in UMC. If I can get this warn appealed I'd greatly appreciate it as although I've had a year on the server I've only had a couple days in contact with the Faction system. 

Any Additional notes: The Reporters name was RGC Anthony or something like that. Again for context as many players know on the server I haven't played much since before the Faction system was added. And when I was introduced to it I was told by staff that as long as I was able to see the name of who was capturing then it was considered 30m. I also want you to keep in mind that the older RDM reports were from about 7months- to a year ago.(Before people say I was already warned multiple times for RDM)

I mean there isnt an opposition yet so I am going to stick with +/- support until additional context is provided.

There was no need for a warning could have just been verbal, and if it was 31/32 Meters Its not that big of a deal. Adding to the fact Anthony Had no way of knowing how far we were and instantly made a report getting both of us out the our RP.
