1. Steam Name?: Meridian

2. Steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:458365971

3. Roster Name?: Jack Crest

4. Current Rank?: CPT

5. When were you promoted?: 27/11/21

6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?: About 20 days since i returned. Overall 263 days give or take

7. Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by GamingLight and by the many Security guidelines?: Indeed I do

8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: Of course

9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?: I shall respect everyone.

10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I would like to be a member of SCMD for many reasons, my first reason would be to help out lower ranks more, from command to enlisted I believe If  I were to get SCMD I would be able to help everyone out more by going out of my way to interact with any and all lower ranks, although I already do this the rank of MAJ holds a lot more sway over people then LCMD. I also believe I'd be able to improve interactivity between lower ranks and SCMD as I enjoy talking with security and try and make myself as easy to approach as possible because I know SCMD can be more intimidating to approach and I'd hope to help fix that (not that current SCMD aren't). Finally I'd also like to help out the activity of Security, especially during the earlier hours for EST players as when I get on in the morning/mid day there isn't usually much command on and even less usually SCMD, this leads to less activity over all, those who do try to stick with it through early hour riots will often find themselves getting bored and/or aggravated and sometimes won't get back on because of this, I believe SCMD being online could provide a massive boost to activity in morning hours.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would remind them that they should not leave D-Block without NCO+ permissions and redirect them to D-Block, if they left again I would warn them that continuing this behavior would result in a demotion, if they left for a final time I would AOS and then demote them.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would find the NCO and tell them they need to return to D-Block and inform them that they must have a valid reason for leaving D-Block such as escorts, medical or dealing with misbehaving lower ranks. I would then verbally warn said NCO that next time would result in the very least a strike and possibly a demotion, should he continue, assuming it is yet another terrible reason, he would be demoted/striked.

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would tell the E-11 PVT that he should not be commanding security and, unless they had the correct perms, should definitely not be in D-Block, I would tell him to leave and stop attempting to take control of GenSec and warn him that if he didn't I would be taking him to E11 Command who should deal with him appropriately. I would also make sure security know not to listen to the PVT as to not cause difficulty with conflicting orders. Should he continue to ignore me I would call both E11 command and possibly staff if E11 D-Block requirements are not met.

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: First of all I would check DNP list for the CPL and then roster/promo logs to make sure his cool down is up, assuming it is I would proceed to call him to bunks through /sec in hopes that he's paying attention, once he arrives I would inform him of his promotion, tell him they may now call hands up and partial on code orange, that they may now join FTO and Sniper and apply for command once WO apps are opened. Then I'd tell them that they are now required to have a forums account. Finally, I would walk them through NCO guide and make sure any of there questions are answered giving them the whitelist and informing them to request tags in discord.

You were a wonderful MAJ when i was around, You were one of the figures I looked up to. You bring a sense of calm and relief to security when you're on (which is something i find hard to do). You flag on during late times, which is great since most CMD members aren't on at night since school. You lead with strong sense of fairness and are serious when things get rough. You don't let up and i find that a great trait. I'd love to see a little more of you on the server but you got work and that's okay. You flag up when most needed and i see that as great SCMD qualities.
