8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: I promise to uphold all my duties as a command member of Security

9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?:  I promise to listen and respect my lower and higher ranks.

10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I wish to become a Senior Command member because Security is one of my favorite branches in the server and I wish to help the branch as a whole and help improve it. Next as a member of Senior Command, I will be able to help junior and low command better through overseeing PTs and Off Meetings. The next reason why I want to be Senior Command is that it will let me put my input on who should become the next WO. Also, I am prepared and willing to accept the responsibilities as a member of Senior Command. Another reason why I wish to be a member of Senior Command is that I will be able to propose ideas I have for the branch better because I will have a better understanding of how Security works as a member of Senior Command. The next reason why I want to be Senior Command is that I will be sticking with security for a long time and I want to do as much as possible for the branch while I am still here. The final reason why I want to be Senior Command is that I will have access to a stronger job and I will be able to help out in D-Block better.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: If a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block I would pull them aside and I would tell them that they can not leave D-Block without asking an NCO or higher if they could leave and if. I saw the OFC leave d-block without permission again I would remove them for Security.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: If an NCO kept leaving D-block with bad reasons I would pull them aside in TS and tell them that they must have a good reason to leave D-Block and I would give the NCO a list of good reasons to leave D-Block. If the same NCO left D-Block again without a good reason I would strike them.

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: If an E11 private went into D-block and tried to take command of security I would clip the incident and tell the E11 private to exit D-block immediately if they did not listen I would contact E11 Low Command and tell them what happened and request for the private to be punished the because they would not follow MOTD/SOP rules.

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: First I would check if they are on a promotion cooldown or a DNP, then I would see if they made any activity logs. If I think that they deserve the position I would then pull them aside in-game tell them they are getting promoted then I would ask them to join Security Off Duty Lounge then I would go over the NCO guide with them. Next I would inform them that they can call Partial Lockdown and Hands Up protocol during condition orange. After that, I would inform them of the NCO activity longs system and how it works. Next I would tell them if they want to they can be trained for the FTO branch by an SFTO+ and they could be trained by me or any 2LT+ for the sniper sub-branch. Finally, I would tell them that they can apply for WO when applications are out and that they must have a GamingLight forums account. After they are trained I fill out a promo log.

Meeseeks has proven adaptability and capability which are both very "rare" in most command members and should be rewarded

Meeseeks has also shown ability to be trusted with power and not make stupid decisions.

You're wonderful in what you do, trust me but i feel what you do is a fast track way to burn yourself out. It's good to dream big trust me but i do not want your light to fade. You lead well and are an excellent warden but try not to burn yourself out.

You do fantastic work not only in Gensec but also Wardens, but you just generally have enough time in to justify moving up to SCMD yet, you have also had anger issues and have made poor judgement calls before, I think you will make for a great SCMD member when you get more time as a 1LT and CPT. You will go far in this branch but you need more time.
