I would like to be OS to help show JMs the ropes and able to help assist more maintenance personnel that are new to the branch as well as promoting any and all new JMs that show great potential to the branch. Also i would like to help train people for other sub branches (like FTO and CS) also i would like to play my part and become command and suggest new ideas for the branch to improve the experience for everyone and achieve my goal of becoming maint senior command and i am aware of the responsibility that holds. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? If they are refusing to return i would place them on DNT 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would not join in but if they are killing people who dont want to be killed or are AFK i would tell them to stop but if they dont stop i would issue a strike 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? Clean record.Though that clean record was sort of damaged by the verbal warning I gave you for entering into D-Block as a Containment Specialist Answers are short and simple which I cannot argue but I do like more effort and words put into the questions.
