(list two): 2LT and 1LT Why do you want to become Delta-5 Command? (250+ Words): I would want to be a delta-5 command member because I mostly want to help this branch grow in population and community. I know from my years of commanding experience, if people don't like the people in the branch, people won't be likely to remain in the branch. I also like to think of myself as nice and funny, but I can be super serious when I need to. I never take any command rank for granted, command ranks are a privilege that not many people get to experience. Along with not taking my rank for granted, I will never power trip, if I'm being honest I did some power-tripping when I first got into R&D command but I quickly snapped out of it. I want to maintain a branch and be a MTF rank that can be meaningful to people. I also think that with all the people that want to join the new branch, I think I am a good pick to deal with the new players coming in. I have a great experience with command and MTF. I will put all my effort into helping this branch and changing it as much as I possibly can. In this combat branch having a former E11, Nu7, A1, and CI will be perfect, because I was a decently high ranking in it that means I have experience with this concept. I am also very clear with the rules of combat and the majority of MTF. I really think I am a great pick for Delta-5 command because I can be very active, I'm very nice and kind, but I can be very serious when I need to Why do you feel you are the best option for this position? (150+ Words): I think I am the best option because I have years of commanding experience and combat experience, I want to offer the best of both worlds, Someone who can fight and someone who can lead. One of the other main reasons I want to be command is that I can be very active, I have literally no life outside of videogames so I can be on mostly all the time during the day. But most importantly I want to be a inviting face when people join the branch, I consider myself to be funny and fun, and If you see a command member being super nice and funny you will want to stay a lot more than if you see a command member that's very serious and uptight. That's the same reason I (and many others) went to a Semi serious server and not a super serious one. Why should we trust you for this position?: You should trust me because I have had multiple years in Command experience along with around 3 months of staffing, I have handled many different problems and situations while on the server. Also over the 2ish years I have been playing I only have 2 warn on the server. Do you have past leadership / command experience? If so please list them.: Yes I have been R&D Executive Archivist, and Research RM. You are in LCZ and Security is requesting assistance due to a Mass D Block Riot; however, Chaos Insurgency has been called out for taking a SCP in HCZ. What would you do in this situation, and why?: I would help recover the stolen SCP. The whole point of Delta-5 is to recapture and re-contain SCPs Stolen from GOI like Chaos Insurgency, and the Church of the Broken God. What would you do if those under your command are not following orders and are breaking the SOP?: First (Depending of the severity the of offence,) I would give them a verbal warning saying "Do not do that again, if we get reports of you doing it again You will receive a strike." However, If the person breaks a major rule, like Racism I would tell them they would receive a strike/demotion/removal. How would you react to someone asking to be put into Delta-5 without a tryout and to be fast promoted?: Similar to the breaking the SOP I would inform them that if they keep asking I would put them on a DNT. If they get trained normally, and then ask to be promoted I would I would do the same thing: Tell them to stop, and if they keep doing it put them on a DNP. Explain how you would react to receiving an anonymous tip about a GOI group: First I would try to find the source of the tip, and If I couldn't I would fact-check and cross-examine the tip. If I find that it is truthful I would forward it to a higher CMD member for them to do the same.
