What is your staff rank and the server you work in?

Currently, an Admin on Imperial RP.

How often are you online on the forums?

I check forums at least 5-15 times a day and always have a tab for forums open.

Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat?

I think I am qualified to be a Forum Diplomat in many ways. One of the reasons is that I am active within forums and always voice my opinion on suggestions and talk to people on forums. Another reason that I should get Forum Diplomat is that I know a bit about forums and know how to help people on forums. I am also very professional when doing and work in the Gaminglight Community. I think that this gives me more experience within the staff team and give me more experience. 

Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision?

I think I make good judgements. The reason I think I make good judgements is because there have been a lot of sits that have been very hard to come up with a punishment for or it's hard to help the person who made the report but I always try to figure out a solution and most of the time I do. I have also out of staff sits have had to make judgements in punishing people for breaking battalion rules within my battalion and there always ends up with a solution that is fair for everyone. For an example of one of the had decisions I have made was in my battalion, there was a very active officer in the past but as soon as school started they just never hopped on and they said they would but they never did so I had to give her one last week to become active but they never did so we had to remove her. That's why I think I make good judgements.

How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers?

I would hide their content so the spam messages are no longer there in the said forum area, then I would ask them kindly to stop spamming the chat and that they can appeal their ban in ban appeals, then I would contact the Head Diplomat to warn that person and if they are not available then I would contact an SMT member.

How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal?

I would hide there comments, then I would send them a message to stop arguing in that post, then I would make a topic on the post saying to keep it to +/- Support only, then contact the Head Diplomat or SMT if the Head Diplomat is not available so they can take further actions.
