I will oversee the NCOs encouraging them to run tryouts, sims and trainings to help keep enlisted active and wanting to work their ways up the ranks. I have plenty of ideas for the battalion which I feel like as an officer I will be able help push further. I have some experience in being an officer as I am currently a 2LT in havoc hosting over 50 tryouts in one week. I have already done plenty tryouts as an NCO in 501st and hosted multiple sims. I feel like I have already made an impact to 501st being active anywhere from 5 - 18 hours a day encouraging and helping enlisted members out in anyway I can, therefore my activity and leadership skills could help the 501st flourish. - Why do you want to become an Officer?: I want to become an officer in 501st to help oversee NCOs and influence them to take lead over enlisted and help them actively participate the the community. This would result in a higher activity as they will be engaged in multiple activities hosted on the server which the NCOs and I will be putting on for them and other people on the server seeing this and want to join the 501st. By becoming an officer I feel that I will be able to help the battalion grow and run smoother due to my leadership skills. - What is the purpose/duty of an Officer?: The duty of an officer is to help oversee the NCOs in the battalion, give them motivation to host constant tryouts and potentially sims. It is also to host activities such as sims and trainings so members of the battalion are not bored and always have something to do. Furthermore I also feel that my job is to help improve the battalion by encouraging lower ranking members to put ideas forward in the battalion and connect those ideas to low command who can help make changes the members want.
