PFC How much time do you currently have on the server? 7 weeks worth of game play but I have been apart of GL for 2 years How long have you been in Nova? Only a few days witch isn't impressive but my reputation on the server is How will you assist Nova with this rank? NCOs job is to command the enlisted and make sure they are behaving and have stuff to do. I can assist with tryouts Witch if you know me im known on this server for doing a lot of tryouts for My branch. In Naval I did 87 tryouts in one month it was the reason I was promoted to Commodore. In Havoc I did over 33 tryouts in one week getting the prazed from army high command. I am a hard worker I can also do simulation ID checks my leadership skills got me to High ranking positions in the past and present over all I could be a pretty damn good NCO for Nova if you let me be so. I promise I won't disappoint Why do you want to become an NCO? I was a Officer in almost every branch I have been in. Shock,STs,501st, Purge, Naval, have, becoming NCO in Nova is just my start to getting to the rank of Officer in Nova but honestly another reason I want it is cause I want more responsibility I hate being enlisted cause it's not enough work at lest with SGT I can do tryouts ID checks Simulation command work with the Enlisted I just have more work to do as an NCO witch is why I want the rank of SGT you have any experience leading / being an NCO? as I said before I was a Officer in almost every branch I've been in. Right now im a Commodore for Naval witch is the equivalence of a Vice commander so I say I have experience leading and being NCO What is the purpose/duty of an NCO?
