(Can be any length) I've spent a lot of time on this server and would love to help moderate it through becoming staff. I'm very active and as a GM I am able to see sits, sometimes seeing sits remain up for a long time not getting taken just makes me wish I was staff to help take them. I will be fair to anyone in sits and promise to uphold the server and community rules along with making sure everyone is able to have a fun time on the server. It is important our staff maintain professionalism to make our server look better, and I am good at doing exactly that. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I'd give them a verbal warning to stop with the immaturity and disrespect, then if they continued I would !gag them. At the end of the sit I would give them a verbal warning if I had to gag them, unless they are a repeat offender then it would be formal added on to their MRDM warn. Moving on to their MRDM accusation, if I found in logs the accused did indeed MRDM, I would inform them of their warning (MRDM) they were about to receive. Because I cannot ban for 5 days, or at all, I'd have someone who could ban for at least 5 days to ban them for MRDM. I could do this by just asking in admin chat. ImperialRP Ret.
