Thumper Posted June 29, 2021 Share Posted June 29, 2021 Rank You are Applying For: Lieutenant In-Game Name: Thumper SteamID: STEAM_0:0:29230636 Current Rank: Sergeant Major How long have you been in your current rank?: 3+ weeks What timezone are you in?: CST How many Warns do you have?: 5 Why should you be promoted (150 words) I am thumper that has been a player of police to and a pd member since 2019 and my answer to this question is in 3 parts. -------------------------------------------- pt.1 For all the great times from good to bad i can say I have experienced a good amount of situations from a corrupt officer to a LCPL asking what car modifications he can use, i feel like also what u will read in pt.2 will show the past work in different departments and how i will be able to really make more of a impact, just like how SWAT and DOC and Dispatch has given me the ability to stay more calm in more stressful situations, also from different situations it mite make me have to be more patient with others. ---------------------------------------------------------- pt.2 from the moment i hit Sergeant in the police department i led a path to a Tactical department (!!SWAT!!) from here i was trained for 3 hours from hostage negotiation, and to house breaching to how to clear rooms to how to effectively use my tools to the best of my and their power, and after that they took me down to the bank and showed how to breach the safest way possible. after this we took a driving test and at the end i finally past the SWAT test and i was officially in SWAT from this i also pushed into the ranks of PVT to PVT First Class from here to Specialist from here i pushed for 2 more weeks to the current rank of CPL all the time i have been and PD and in SWAT and DOC and all the things they all taught me i think also could set me up and could help me be a better Low Command member. ---------------------------------------------------------- pt.3 it all started in 2019 of March when i joined the police force, from there i got trained and the same day i got trained SWAT was holding SWAT training for OFC so we all hoped into the bearcat and they drove all of us to a suburbs house and there they taught us how to breach buildings, how to clear rooms, and how to hostage negotiate and more, after all SWAT training was done they got a staff member to promote us to the rank of SNR from there i pushed through the rank of SNR to LCPL from endless hours of patrolling the streets of Rockford, from LCPL i even upped my hours so that i was patrolling the streets for almost 8 hours a day for most of 2019 and that point i hit CPL and at that time i took a small break, after that break i then started my push for !! Low Command !! and for the next month i played and played and played tell i was rewarded the rank of Sergeant Major at that point i took a Very small break and re began my strive for !!
