Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) Yes, I used to be staff on GamingLight MilitaryRP back when that was a thing. I was staff on there 3 times since I left the server and came back 3 times. The highest rank I received on there was Senior Moderator. I believe I was a TM on a PoliceRP server for a bit, and I have have been Staff on Multiple FiveM servers, reaching ranks like Head Admin, HoS, Manager, and even Co-Owner.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I feel like I deserve to be staff because for starters I have a lot of experience on being staff, not just in general, but in this community. Since I was entrusted with that responsibility 3 times I feel as though I have proven I am responsible and trusted enough to hold this position. Also honestly I don't see that many staff on the server besides when there is a event happening and I want to fix that so someone is always on duty. I want to help out the community in any way I can because the community was there for me when I need them so, might as well return the favor.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If they refuse to stop yelling / cursing at me while trying to conduct a sit, I would mute / gag them, then try to calm them down and reason with them. If they agree to calm down I will ungag them, if they don't I'll keep them gaged. After that I would get the story from each party including the offenders side of it to get a clear idea of what was going on. Once I get the story, I will explain what they did wrong and inform them on the punishment ( in this case it is a formal warning and a short ban.) , then carry out the punishment.
