I am available almost all the time, I’m always online in discord and respond right away to messages. I make sure OFC’s have ride-alongs.If they don’t have one I’ll just take them on a ride along with me and teach or answer any questions they might have. I like helping other lower ranks and just guiding them in general. I want to see them succeed in the department and just watch them go up the ranks. I've dealt with multiple issues/complaints and get each side of the story before doing anything. I took disciplinary action before on officers who have broken the SOP. I like to give second chances cause like everyone deserves a second chance.
