I am a Admin in Imperial RP How often are you online on the forums? I am on the forums daily. Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I believe that I am fit for this position due to my current forums activity and the fact that I am trusted with the rank of Admin. I am very active on the forums with a decent reputation and over 300 posts. I am a Gamemaster as well on Imperial RP, by being one I am trusted with executing an event and using my powers correctly. By joining the Forum Diplomat team I could help Gaminglight even more with this position. I would ask for help when needed and try and help when possible. Overall I believe that I am fit for this position and feel like I could do well with it. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? I do believe that I have the best judgment and the best goals in mind for certain situations. As a Admin on Imperial RP I have done a lot in terms of difficult decisions and I have done what I believe is best for Gaminglight. One of the situations that I've dealt with is involving my staff rank when I had to punish a friend of mine, I looked away from that and decided to punish him for breaking a rule. The rules are rules and they have to be enforced no matter what (even if they are close to you). How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would first say something along the lines of "Please do not spam topics, to appeal your ban please go to the servers Ban Appeals section." If they do not listen to me I would then give them one last warning then I would either mute them or put them on a Content Moderation watch. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? In the appeal I would say something along the lines of "Please do not argue in a appeal, Keep it to +/- Supports" If they decide to not listen to me I would then go to a higher up.
