This is a long one but its a good one So I have been in Shock for a few weeks I did leave for 1 week and that was due to having issues with someone in the battalion (no names of course), however, throughout my time so far in Shock I love it, I care about the people in Shock since Day 1 (especially my current VCMDR Marv) due to supporting me with learning things related to Shock and towards other battalions. I want to put those skills to good use as an Officer. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I had 2 people in Shock this one time and I had to get them removed due to them being complete minges, I took action onto those 2 Shock since it was late in the night and my COs were either afk or were doing personal life related stuff, that's how much I care about MY BATTALION. I know my VCMDR Marv trusts in everything I do for him and with him during events and outside of events for example, dealing with complaints related to the Shock Battalion itself, enlisted and NCOs. I take control of the situations and I make sure they get told off or just simply tell them to be cautious depending on the situation. I feel like almost all battalions or some battalions trust me and respect me for what I do for them and for Shock, I know High Command appreciates what I do for them as Shock as well for example, I had a TRN come up to Bridge for a Navy Tryout yet it was adverted that the Naval Tryouts were at the Bridge Checkpoint (BCP) (Which I made sure that TRN has been removed from Shock since he was asking to be promoted and because he didn't get promoted, he wanted to join Navy not to mention he was on cool down). If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? That's a good question, I'll ensure that some of the boys from Naval such as Vice Admiral Busch and PC along with other possible Security boys in the near future are being treated the same respect as our COs since I get the impression that some of the Enlisted find them to be just Naval and have no authority over them. I know it sounds stupid but that's truly what I think about some of them since I had a few of them not following orders from them. I want to show that I am ready, willing and able to help out in anyway I can for my battalion. How active can you be? Well at the moment I am on daily for roughly 6 or 7 hours a day however, this may change of course in the future but of course I'll let the boys in Shock know about that.
