1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) :

Shock MAJ Joint 1709.

2. What Regiment are you applying for?

I am applying for Shock Vice Commander.

3. Why do you want to be a Vice Commander of this branch?

I want to be Vice Commander for the better future of the Shock battalion. We have been struggling as of late, as our high command continue to leave the server or the battalion. We have lacked strong leadership for some time, and only recently have we gotten a good Commander, and more recently a good Vice Commander. I would like to fill the final position to cement a strong high command in Shock, and bring order and discipline back into the battalion. I hope to continue to ensure the ship has a solid security force of well trained and well regulated troopers.

4. How much game time do you have on the server?

As of present, I have 1 week on the server tab, likely on the higher end of it.

5. What is the Main Purpose of a Vice Commander for a branch?

Vice Commanders exist to provide a position of leadership and power that can exist outside of the primary Commander. They are pillars of authority for the battalion to lean on, making crucial decisions and leading the battalion toward a better future. They always act with professionalism and poise when operating, and should set an example for their troops. Their purpose is to guide the battalion and the troopers themselves to achieve the goals of the battalion with efficiency and coordination, and instill a sense of respect into their men.

6. Why should we trust you to be a Vice Commander? :

I can be trusted as a Vice Commander because of my dedication to leading the battalion as well as it's troopers. I understand the responsibility that becoming a Vice Commander entails, and I am more than willing to accept this responsibility and everything that it entails. I have had experience being a commander on Star Wars RP before, specifically as the commander of the Shock battalion, and I understand what is required of this position. I intend to operate with a respect for all troopers and a willingness to perform any duties required with efficiency and haste, serving as a leader and role model to troopers of any battalion.

7. How often can you be Online? :

I have an unusual work schedule, working from 3pm-8pm CST, sometimes 11am-8pm CST, But I can usually be on 1pm-3pm, and 8-12 CST, as well as being able to log on more during the days that I don't work.

8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) :

I have one warning for FailRP, given back in August.

- I haven't talked with Joint much, but my experiences with him aren't the best.

- He came onto the SF pilot job right after an event, where SF was doing poorly, and started to minge around and just be a general pain to Emily, and the SF officers. As a MAJ, this isn't the type of people that should be leading a battalion, no less be VCMDR.
