Dylan's 501st Commander Application

2. What Regiment are you applying for?

501st Legion (Vader's Fist)

3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

I want to be the 501st Commander because I know how to uphold the troopers selected under me with a no-minge policy inside our regiment (this does include other regiment's troopers), prepare the troopers to make us the forefront attack regiment. As I have emerged from the depths of the ranks, my prime objective for the 501st Legion is to provide the legion with activity, simulations and outstanding leaders; said leaders would be the honorable officers of the 501st Legion. I have plenty of command experience from my time as the Commander of the 212th Attack Battalion back on the Gaminglight CWRP, I was 212th Commander Cody for almost a full year. I was a past 501st Vice Commander back in late February to April here on Gaminglight Imperial RP. With this given knowledge, with my experience I know how to lead, provide the request, assume responsibility and will do anything inside my capacity to maintain the control and to win the fights we face. I accept that I can help keep this regiment living and develop it significantly more than it has from now.

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

The principle motivation behind a leader for a regiment is to lead your men into fight taking quick, precise actions to have the option to win the fight. A leader must be exact with there judgment and with the requests they provide for their troopers; with that a leader must prove themselves that they will allow their comrades to lead for you as they should look up and beyond your own grasps. Another reason for an officer in a regiment is to speak to their troopers during an occasion or even while on transport watching. As a Command member I will commit myself to creating SOP's that are expected to help make the 501st Legion free of minging and permit more troopers to be in the regiment. A great leader isn't born, a great leader is developed and created, every leader makes mistakes but they always recover from them.

6. Why should we trust you to be a Commander? :

I believe that you should entrust me with the rank of Commander because I have brought more troopers in, removed and striked the ones that are troublesome. I know that I will fight back with other troopers, maybe superiors, but that just means that I will show my superiority over troopers that I believe don't seem to be on the right track or believe that they need to fix things. I want to help fix troopers but in a good way, removing troopers from a regiment can be hard on the regiment's trooper base, but will also strengthen it by showing that they are a serious rp regiment that allows a no-minge policy. I have made minor and major changes within the 501st legion alongside the 501st Command team. 

7. How often can you be Online? :

When I get home from work, everyday after 3 PM PST.

8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) :

Would +support but no vcmdr spots are open, and you cant apply for cmdr unless your vcmdr.

I'd support Dylan becoming a VCMDR, because he has boatloads of experience with the battalion, is incredibly competent with his leadership and knows how to lead, and 501st can always need the help, however, jumping straight from COL to CMDR whilst there are 2 VCMDRs in the 501st who are more than willing to pour their heart into the battalion is slightly nonsensical.

Dylan, I'd suggest waiting for either Milford and Mute to get promoted and working from there, not by jumping ranks.

This community has made many exceptions for many players in times when practical solutions arent on the table.

Dylan is a proven leader with a fantastic leadership acumen. Just because no VCMDR slot is open should not preclude him from being considered.

I lend my wholehearted support. Would be a fantastic 501st CMDR.
