It just means staff wont have to spend time muting/banning them. We also use to have something like this on Military RP and it worked very well. However, I don't appreciate you saying Especially since I have not only gotten reports of it, but literally seen you come on, fake being ST command, and rile up the PVTs and Enlisted while trying to get them to break rules, ignore ACTUAL st's trying to RP, and rebel on the ship.
