Warning Appeal JD HAWK

As there is seemingly some confusion,  let me explain the timeline of events regarding what happened.
First, E-11 finds the Sleuth in EZ, after he was inserted by CI. On Hawk's orders, 2 E-11 escort him back to LCZ.

At LCZ/HCZ Checkpoint, the escorts are killed by Class-D, and the Sleuth hides in the LCZ/HCZ Checkpoint.

Then about a minute later, with no further communication between you and any other MTF, you ordered he be cuffed.
In the sit, you  claimed you thought they had told you he went back to EZ, there was however nothing pointing to that.

Then Maze found him, cuffed him, and then i got involved in the sit.

Now as for the reasoning why i believe that your arguement of thinking other MTF said he was in EZ again, 
The only line comming close to that is the same one you have added in above "we found him in EZ" , this was however
in response to an O5 Researcher asking about the guy.  You  already knew they found  him in EZ however, and this was around 2 minutes
after you found him, so i believe that it should be quite easy to put one and two together, certainly for a SF member.

Besides all this, your story changed throughout the sit near constantly, which certainly cast doubts on your story.

I also know pretty well that MTF does not capture and interrogate Rouge Researchers found in EZ, they just get shot or captured.
You even said yourself above that you did not know wether or not the man was even allowed in EZ, but you still ordered him to be escorted back regardless.

All of that together was the reasoning I decided to issue a warning.

Regardless of if it is a SF member or not this seems just like a misunderstanding at that point.
We all make mistakes but it is a Staff Members choice of whether they get warned or not.

Phill is one my most respected people on this sever (for me). I do have to dis agree with this though. I feel if we see any non research command in EZ we should ask them to leave and if they do not then cuff and return them to LCZ. And I don't see how the SF was in trouble all he said was to cuff him. SF are not suppose to be in TS with non SF for RP secrecy reasons. How else are we suppose to deal with a non research/Sleuth in EZ other to tell them to leave or by cuffing them.

I don't know I just don't see how the SF is in the wrong maybe I'm missing something or I'm not of mental capacity to mental capacity.

To cut short in my opinion the SF is being punished for trying RP with a sleuth. I just don't see why he deserve a warn here. (JUST MY VIEW)

Maze^ the WO who was told to recuff the sleuth was told to do so by the OR6 NOT by hawk, and he was on the other end with the rest of E-11 and vouches for hawk's side of the story. Also, there was communication between him and E-11 when he told them to cuff him as evident by the screenshot (Although this point is invalid because he was cuffed again on the OR6's orders first as stated by Maze). Even if he was cuffed on Hawk's orders it was merely a misunderstanding because he thought they found him in EZ AGAIN. The only involvement Hawk had with the sleuth at that point is when he told him to be escorted to LCZ because he was already ordered to be cuff by the OR6.  So Hawk did LITERALLY nothing wrong. He might be an SF but that doesn't mean he is therefore incapable of making mistakes. He's also still a frostbitten so he's still learning how to deal with every situation and give orders as an SF, its just unfortunate no higher-ups were there to guide him. Prior to this incident Hawk had 0 warns, and a ton of people including myself will vouch for hawk's seriousness and dedication to his branches AND the rules/SOPs. I know that its the admin's final decision on whether or not he gets the warn but this all just seems like a huge misunderstanding and things just got mixed up. I know its just one warn but I definitely wouldn't want my clean record to be ruined by a mistake. Apologies for the second response but I feel this warn is completely unjust and I tried my hardest to keep it formal.
