T-21 Buff

What do you want to see? - I wish to see the T-21 be slightly buffed.

Why should we add it? - Currently the T-21 is not the high damage, slow firing, weapon it should be.

To show why the T-21 should be buffed, I will list the damage per second of 3 common blasters:

T-21 - 450 rounds per minute, 35 damage per shot. It does 262 DPS.

DLT-19 - 600 rounds per minute, 30 damage per shot. It does 300 DPS.

E-11 - 300 rounds per minute, 30 damage per shot. It does 150 DPS.

The T-21 should at least be equivalent DPS wise with the DLT-19, to do this the Damage per shot should be increased to 40 damage (40x450 = 18,000 damage per minute/60 = 300 damage per second).

However, I'd like to see the T-21 be buffed a bit past the DLT-19 for the above lag reason. A damage of 45 would be preferred, bringing the DPS up to 338.

Also, as a note. The Shock Special Task Force gets the DLT-19 and the T-21, and we never use the T-21. It is inferior, especially given that it shoots at a slower rate of fire, and due to lag on the server, the DLT-19 is highly preferred.

What are the advantages of having this? - T-21 actually will serve a purpose.

Who is it mainly for? - Shock STF, Riot Troopers, anyone else that gets it.

TL;DR - Buff the T-21 to do 45 damage instead of 35 damage. This way it is actually a viable gun. As of now it is garbage compared to the DLT-19, especially in laggy circumstances.
