We get 1/3rd of the guys joining our branch and about 14/15 of them never post any test. However i fully agree with what you say, Riots are one of the major reasons Research cant get test done because we need security protect us, but they can't do that if they can barely contain the D-Class. +Support Maybe adding in a Riot Timer will help this out in some way.
