David Charleston
I am curious how close the tactics we use in pd and ranking system is to real life. If anybody is a cop in real life or in any way involved in law enforcement you might be able to answer this question. And I know this is a video game and realism is limited and almost 90% of traffic stops turn into shootouts but im just curious about the 10% that work well. Unkn0wn_F1R3
There are loads of different police departments so it's gonna be pretty hard to find a direct answer to your question Retired Deputy Commissioner Bob Bob 1K51

Blitzton
Most practices within policeRP are of the same procedure but are not carried out the same way. For example, a Tactical Team breach such as SRT and SWAT will consist of a stacked line, and a breacher broken off from their line to bust down the door. This is a common practice in real life where the team falls in after the breach. Now where the game differs from reality is when common civialians jump around and dive corners with a 460 mm round 7.6 kilogram Negev. Hope that answers part of your question. - SRT Commander Blitzton 1K67 - PD MSGT Blitzton 1C67 - Future Pilot -
