You would instead just take a quick look at the changelog ande see if any rules changed What are the advantages of having this? - Less confusion Who is it mainly for? - Everyone Links to any content - N/A Edit: This would apply for all servers. I meant it as a layout, not as actual rule suggestions people would scroll down and see the date of the change and see if they are up to date or not. It is unrealistic to expect for everyone to read the MOTD every single time expecting changes to be there. Even staff should not be expected to read that every single day.
