(Can be any length) I believe I deserve the rank because I don’t minge, and I’m involved in this server. I also have staffed before on this server, and want to give back to the community by helping others. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? My first thought is that if I go in there angry I’ll only elevate the situation. First, I want to gag him so I can get both sides of the story. While there may be some bias as he is being very disrespectful, I want to be as impartial as impossible. (I’m representing gaming light, and don’t want to be viewed as the bad staff member, and I certainly don’t want to make gaminglight look bad in any way). If you get denied, wait a couple weeks and add a bit to 14 and 15. And within those couple weeks I would say improve activity on the server or just stay on longer. Besides that, good luck!
