I'm reporting "Officer Mad Dog 1C49" for multiple reasons:

Stealing a citizen's car whilst on duty,

Reckless driving,

Not meant to be driving.

 

I was coming out of FBI base and he sped along at high speed crashing into a civilian. They survived but I think this deserves a punishment. I've interrogated him and he said he's guilty of this.

 

 

 

This is not RP.. this actually happened.

I can serve as a witness to the situation in which the OFC stole the vehicle because I responded to a stolen car report

I would just like to say, I've had to report this dude to admin several times.  It got bad enough where I switched from PD to assassin and started taking off with all the people he arrested as he was arresting them for no reason.  He would also run up to random cars, battering ram the driver out, then run away.  He did that to me twice.

i was there he was not listerning to me And the SWAT Cpl we were telling pd to stay outside and he moved in on a raid i shot him dead as he was in the way and he then broke NLR i can serve as a witness if needed

You need evidence, however I can serve as a witness, I have responded to sits and I've seen him many times.
