Change in who can guard the president rules.

What you want to see? - Allow PD to guard the President if no SS or no FBI are online/willing to protect the president.

Why should we add it? - It allows the president to be safe if FBI refuse to guard them and no SS are online and he has to just protect themself with a pistol /shotgun which they have to buy without being killed. However there are many PD online and a lot are wanting to guard but the president has to tell them not to even though there are people waiting to kill him outside his house as soon as the PD go. If the PD were allowed to guard the president then there could be a chance for the president to survive a great attack without fbi/ss and it would be more realistic then having the president alone. Also it doesn't make sense that the mayor can have random people guard him like citizens and not his own PD.

What are the advantages of having this? - Allows the president to be more safe. Adds more realism then the mayor being alone.

Who is it mainly for? - President

The problem is that pd shouldn't be focused on protecting the pres but responding to situations. No one is stopping you from responding to a panic button from the pres but let Secret Service be the only ones who have to protect the pres and FBI can choose whether or not to protect the pres.
