Doing this would also require and Application and SOP as well as someone to head it. th3 Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 -/+ support-Reason why they have it at admin on milrp is so that stuff can be spawned in to help with the rp. -Its a great idea but higher ranking staff doing it such as admin/super admin like guacamole our new Super admin/ and Toxic/Snar/Nolan-So overall good idea but to have actual "immersive rp" actions happen, having super admin or higher do it would bring better quality events than just having mod/snr mod+ doing it. They could handpick staff members who they feel would be able to assist them in being more than just three national guard members with 1000000 health. I believe that SMT Members know what can work in events, and what will not. I think that instead of a dedicated event team that we should have a structured way of doing events.For example, SMT could gather all event ideas and make set dates and times to do them. Yes I understand but I was thinking a smaller team of people so that Nolan, Snar, and NoOne could teach them what they do to make them good events. And if they taught a smaller group then that group could teach another group and so on and so forth. Plus they could all be in a TS Chanel talking and coordinating it with each other so SMT could still have control till they believe the event team has good judgement themselves and can do it by themselves.
