(Be Honest Don't lie!): NO How many warns do you have? 10Do you have a Working mic? yes Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt):Why should you be promoted? : i think i should be promoted because i have been a sm for a long time now and i be kind to people and i have been hellping lower ranks to make them want to carry on to stay in the pd and i hae help out higher ranks in the pd i have had some traing and had a lot of time in swat. i have been bossy when people hae asked me to. i have enspired some peoplel to start the carear on becoming in the pd I will do my duty as a lt and I will keep my promise that I will not break any rules and I will follow any rules that command put down.
