(Can be any length) I believe I deserve this staff rank because I think I would be a great new member of the staff team that can help out and catch the people that don't want to play along and have fun on the community. I also believe there are many people that I could help understand the rules, or someone would want me to help them with any situation if it was serious or not. I've read the list of rules multiple times, and I think I understand all of the rules that have been well chosen. I do really think I deserve this Trial Mod Staff Ranking on Gaminglight Community.How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If there was a person on the server that is Mass RDMing and then calling me names while in an admin sit I would choose to Minge the player and get a Higher Ranking staff in the community to give him a punishment that I might not be able to punish him with. Or the higher ranking staff could help me out with the situation if I was confused or did not know what to do with the player. From that point I would check the staff handbook to see what the punishment he/she should be given.
