(150 Word Minimum) I believe i deserve this role as i have dedicated alot of time and effort into gaminglight in the past and I want to be able to put that amount of dedication back into the server again. Having owned multiple policeRP servers and been a former staff member on gaminglight I am very fluent in the rules and I know how to handle difficult challenges that require a decision, My 1.5k hours on garrys mod is mainly on PoliceRP servers, this means I am very experienced and have alot of knowledge of how RP server are ran. I will put as much effort into upholding the servers professionalism and high standards, this will be done by respecting all players and being welcoming to all. I also have the ability to keep calm and collected when in heated situations and i think before i speak to ensure that i do not say anything that i will later regret. Also, being from a timezone where many staff members are not active, I can be online to make sure there are no rule breakers. Finally, I believe I deserve the rank as I respect everyone no matter what and I have a lot of respect for the members of gaminglight. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first give the player a verbal warning to stop swearing, If they then continue to swear I will mute and gag them until i am finished with the sit. I would then check logs to make sure I have sufficient evidence to give out a punishment. I would then give them a formal warning for "Staff Disrespect and Mass RDM" and also contact an admin+ to issue the offender a 5 day ban.

I also believe i deserve this role as i am professional at times when it is needed but i also have a fun side so we can have a laugh whilst playing. As well as that I like to server justice to rule breakers and make sure the right thing is done to deal with the situation, I can also keep my cool when something gets heated and i will not break my professionalism, I can also stay mature at all times. Next, I am in a timezone where many staff members cant be on as I'm from England I can be on at times where they may be a shortage of staff so I can deal with people trying to break rules when no staff are on. Finally i believe I deserve this role as i have a lot of respect for the gaminglight community and anyone who plays the server no matter who they are i will always treat them how i would like to be treated. First, I would claim the sit and Jailtp them to me. then i would calmly aks them to stop cursing at me and if they don't i will gag them so they can no longer curse at me. Next, i would ask if they know why i brang them to the sit and if they know what MassRDM is, if they dont know what it is I will explain it to them. Next, I will call for an Admin+ to give the rulebreaker a 10,000 second minge as they MassRDMED. then i would warn them for "Mass RDM/Disrespect towards staff/NITRP". when that is all done i will return to deal with other sits.

Its been a while but you will see me more active on the server most of you wont know me but i used to play alot and i was senior mod, hope to see some familiar people again and meet new people!

+ support from personal experience i know that this does work in the vehicle you can also hack the computer if your a criminal job so that could add some rp maybe

-Support - takes point of of gun dealer jobs - you can self supply as long as you have an active shop and aren't just changing to get guns then changing back!

all jokes aside this is my actual setup (this is and old photo i now have two monitors!)

- Support - although it is annoying most people get tmod to just get the VIP rank. - you should want to work to get your vip back and promoted to moderator - only 1 week not long at all. in my opinion this should not be made you only have to wait a week to get it back so dont be inpatient

(maybe getting another monitor to go with this setup!)

This would be good to be whitelist as the reason lots of people minge is because they can get a big ambulance and ram others thinking they can get away with it!

I totally agree with you but i believe that they are adding in another admin system to replace ulx so this may already be Incorporated in the new one!
